Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beyond my highest expectations The staff was awesome, the atmosphere when we walked in was very refreshing, bright and uplifting. The rooms were very clean. The toiletries were a really good brand and nice. The towels were great and the beds were AWESOME - the bedding was superb and you cannot imagine how picky I am and I slept like a babe. The breakfast selection was good and tasted good. Even the coffee packs in the room made a great cup of coffee which I am also picky about. When I travel I want to be comfortable and I was beyond comfortable. I even took a few pictures of the lobby area - that really says something. I signed up for your point program before I left. I have been staying at the same chain for about 15 years consistently as a member and the night before the one we stayed at (high end) was simply pitiful. I did not say the name - my point being my assumptions can be really off key sometimes. I have learned a valuable lesson and will be back to this hotel soon. May 20, 2015

Breakfast was nice with a decent amount of choices. Beds could have been softer and more towels could have been provided. But overall very nice!!! May 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay The entire staff at this hotel was friendly. My son requested a milk for his evening snack from the front desk and was given one. No request was too big. Breakfast items were many to chose from and coffee was always available. May 8, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by mindeN When I first arrived at room, I put my stuff in room and went to get water. When I returned, my key did not work. I went to the front desk and she gave me another key, which also didn't work,]. I then had to wait for attendant to bring "master key" which, of course, didn't work. She then came back with an actual metal key and couldn't get my door open. I had to do it for her. After all this, I was able to get a new room. Also, internet service was horrible. Would constantly go offline and I would lose work. March 23, 2015
