I stay at this hotel often and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Room are nice and clean.

Very nice property and all the staff was very friendly. It was well kept and clean and they had several dinner options nearby, including The Mesquite Pit which we would highly recommend! Wish they had smoking rooms available.

This hotel is GREAT in all they do. They are over-achievers in every area of the hotel making my long-term stay the closest to home that they can accomplish. They are the perfect inn-keepers. All the administrative staff go above the line of duty to help in achieving many of my business requests. My room has always been spotless as the housecleaning staff knows their duties and are proud of their work. Breakfast is always warm and inviting and they went out of their way accommodate my special fruit requests. Even though most of my stay has been during the Fall/Winter season, the pool/hot tub have always been accessible and ready for my usage. Mineral Wells should be proud to have this business represent the City. I am glad that I have chosen the Holiday Inn Express, Mineral Wells to accommodate my stay.

We found the staff to be very helpful. The price wasn't bad compared to other Holiday Inn's and our room was very comfortable, overall we would recommend them. To our surprise it was right next to the main gate of what was Fort Wolter's base when I was in flight school. We stayed 2 days and it was very nice area and the hotel staff was very helpful with directions and places to eat.

The bed is too high, the tolet and shower chair too low but the people were very nice.

We have stayed here many times and it has always been excellent in the past, but on the last visit the hotel has deteriorated. The room and halls had a peculiar odor, that was worse than in the past. Black specks that looked like ash were blowing out of the heater in our room and smudged the carpet, bedding and clothes that were nearby. The hot tub which is outdoors was frozen over. The internet was incredibly slow (never slow before this). Breakfast meat was called "Western Canadian Bacon", but looks like fried bologna. The rest of the breakfast was very good. The shower water in the evening was lukewarm and would not warm up and there were three Kleenex in the box in the room.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel is now on par with other hotels in Mineral Wells and is no longer the best place to stay.

The staff was very competent and very nice, check-in was seamless. Beds, rooms and hotel were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room/bed, friendly, helpful staff, decent workout area, very close to destination for business purposes. I will stay here every time I visit Mineral Wells. 5 stars, hands down!

We arrived late from a stay in the emerency room at the Palo Pinto Hospital. I was given pain medication that made driving 30 miles back to home not a good idea. We were given basic toiletries and some snacks. Since we had not had dinner, they were geatly appreciated.
