Expected more -like running hot water, coffee pot that works (which they did promptly fix) The BIG DARK stain, about 10" across that we found on the white comforter, was quite disturbing. It was hidden under the coverlet, which is normally at the foot of the bed...however at our second day we found that room service had covered the whole bed with it. When we went to take it off, we found the DARK GROSS STAIN...now we know why they covered the bed! DISGUSTING!

Rooms were clean bathroom exceptionally clean. Strange noise in our bath and bedroom most of the night. Building is being remodeled and construction of additional rooms. Lobby, pool and breakfast area were in a remodel mode. Rooms need up dating but I understand that is part of the remodel to be done once room addition is completed. Would stay again, staff very nice.

We had excellent customer service during our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Despite the fact that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, the hotel staff easily made up for any downsides with their professionalism, courtesy and overall great help and advice. They offered our large group the hotel shuttle, which we used on several occasions. This was an added benefit of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on 1/23-1/25. I had mentioned at the time of my booking, that we may be late. We arrived around 5:30 and were greeted as we entered the lobby. After checking in, we asked if there was a place to go and eat. He said the shuttle would take us to the West End shops and there were several places to eat..(ohhh...right up our alley). The shuttle ride was great and the driver was very courteous...she even dropped us off at the liquor store so we could buy some wine...waited for us and took us on to the West End shops. She took our wine back to the hotel and said she would put it in the cooler for us. When we returned, the manager again greeted us, took us to get our wine and chatted with us...such a pleasant and relaxing chat. The room was comfortable, beds were great and the pillow selection was over the top. The only thing I can say that I wish were different was that the breatkfast could have had more of a selection. ALL of this and the hotel is under a total remodel! YES, I would stay there again

We stayed for three nights at this location. Our experience was very favorable. The room was cozy, warm and QUIET!! Staff was friendly.Pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall great experience for us!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights over the holidays to be close to family. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Intially, we had a clogged bathtub drain and the staff had this fixed right away when we brought it to their attention.
We would stay here again.

Room, breakfast, and price were outstanding. Only glitch is that our room key stopped working twice during a 3 day stay and had to be reprogrammed.
