Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service from front desk I got to your hotel very early in the day, hoping to check in early, but i could see from the lobby that your hotel was packed full. Your front desk person "J" - tried very hard to find me a room, but when she couldn't she offered that I could use the business center or the gym or the pool. After a very long flight and an even longer day ahead of me, that was a huge help - I used the gym and business center and then went to my appointment. Thank you J!!!! October 17, 2013

If you have a complicated electronic item in the room, please include brief instructions. We ended up requesting a wake-up call instead. October 16, 2013

We are platinum members so they ungraded us to a King suite which gave us lots more room, a private bedroom with a living area, a mini frig, a microwave and a sink . The breakfast is good but they could improve the eggs. The pool, hot tub and exercise room are also nice. The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. October 11, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't think you can sleep in. We had people knocking on our door staying at 9am. Checkout wasn't until 12pm. Wish we would have been able to take advantage of that. Also we booked this hotel based on the complimentary drinks and dinner. If you say there is beer and wine included, please include it. Wasn't worth the price for what it was. October 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy access to Downtown Minneapolis I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to downtown Minneapolis, where I was attending a conference. I was unable to book at the downtown conference hotel, so I decided to use my priority rewards points to stay somewhere I knew would be a good choice and comfortable. I was pleased with the accommodations and other amenities. The only thing that bothered me was I could hear noise above my room and in the hallway. May I suggest adding another insulation strip around the bottom of the room doors to keep out unwanted noise. October 6, 2013

I was given an upgrade and an adjustment on my bill for my trouble. the breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of choices. I will definitely stay on property again! Great job!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great first anniversary stay! My wife and I decided to visit the Minneapolis area for our first anniversary and use up some of my rewards points. This place was an outstanding value. Very clean. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. There is a bus stop close enough to walk for easy travel into downtown Minneapolis. Only downside was that you had to drive to the nearest places for dinner. I'd highly recommend giving this place a try! September 22, 2013

Traveling with our young child - the suite room selection was perfect as we had a door that closed to the bedroom as she falls asleep early! Hotel and rooms are very clean, modern. Breakfast was more than adequate with a lot of fresh choices. Pool area was very nice - wood/teak ceiling and walls felt spa-like. Very nice - would definitely stay again when returning ot the area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We chose this property because it was one of 2 hotels in the area that had rooms reserved in wedding blocks for the wedding we were attending. The bride and groom had also arranged shuttle service through the hotel to the reception area and back. The room rates were very reasonable, the rooms are clean and fresh! Our room and bathroom were quite spacious. Our room overlooked a nice patio, where we enjoyed our coffee with other wedding guests the next morning! The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Although we didn't utilize the pool or take advantage of the continental breakfast, the areas looked clean and inviting and many other hotel guests were enjoying the areas! The area is filled with a variety of interesting restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel! August 20, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stay was okay, bed was comfortable we recently stayed at this property for two nights. When we checked in the system was down and was down the whole time which led to a higher charge on our credit card then was guaranteed. still waiting for the correct charge or will dispute. Breakfast area was clean but too small and the wait for the food was excessive. women in area kept blaming everything and how busy they were and then would bark at people to get out of her way. think there would be adequate service for the size of the hotel, not even close. need many more microwaves to keep up with demand, with how inexpensive they are you would think that would be better for customer service. One man waited for pancakes for over an hour only for them to put an out of order sign on the machine. Room was comfortable but for the price we paid I expected a lot more. our son moved there recently and we are looking for a hotel to frequent on our visits. this one would have a long way to go. price would definitely have to be more competitive for the amenities. Conveniently located in an area with many restaurants, movie theatre, etc., and not too far from the campus. Location was clean and safe. Room was immaculate. The staff was responsive and very good. Nice property but very hard to get to from interstate. Looks pretty old hotel furniture all bit up but beds are comfortable. Love their vast choice of breakfast items, and who can't appreciate the novelty of a PANCAKE MACHINE!! My olnly pet peeve: styrofoam. Styro, styro and more styro. All it would take is a corporate effort to become more sustainable to eliminate thiis horrific waste, and likely save money in the process! Hoping for that change to occur by my next visit!!
