Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experiance This is a great hotel for family or business. Our booking was friendly and the rooms were clean. The room temp was easy to adjust and tv channels plenty. Its in a safe location convenient to movies and mall and great food. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were nice and up to standards for the cost and area. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but chilly reception We arrived at the hotel on a chilly evening & arrived in our room to find that the heat wasn't on. I thought that the room unit would have been turned on, at least to a moderate temperature. The next morning we found that our bathtub was clogged so that we were wading while showering. I brought this to the attention of the front desk that morning & the gentlemen there committed to two things - some extra points on my account & a service person to take care of the drain. Neither item occurred. The drain was finally unclogged on day 2 after we brought it to their attention again. A review of my account today (3 days later) shows no bonus points added yet. The fitness room was super tiny & the heater had no controls so it blew constantly making the room exceptionally hot. Beyond those things, it was clean & comfortable & met our needs for the duration of our stay. February 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Good experience Today at 10:20 AM To whom it may concern Please pass this onto the proper people at your hotel. I don't want to complain but this was over the top. 1)The heater ran all night long I tried turning the fan to auto but it would not change to constantly running noise (no sleep) 2) went to shower this morning and the drain was plugged by the time I was finished the tub was about full. 3) this morning I went to leave. No Bill under my door. Went to the desk The girl told me she had no paper to print it on. She would email me it. It is now 11:00 I still had not received it so I had to call and it was emailed to me. 4)I tried Speaking with the Manager but was not available, I tried emailing and the link would not work One unhappy customer, I am sure ihg would not be happy about this. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overnite getaway the Staff was courteous from check in to check out ...when arriving into the room...I thought it could of had a fresher smell....and a cleaner look...some hair here and there from past guest and some spots on the floor maybe from mop...But over all very satisfied January 28, 2015
