Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Suites ok for family of 5/6 Nearby restaurants are walking distance, literally next door. Really close to the local convention center. Breakfast items are okay to sit down to or take on the run. We had the suite and were able to use the mini fridge and microwave - great feature. The room had an a/c unit below the window, this was uncomfortable as bed closest to the unit would cool first before the rest of room. The temperature was never even - the makings of a family tiff if people are not diplomatic about it. Also, the lighting was just not adequate enough - no ceiling lights whatsoever! Tiny lamps that were covered by shades that defeated the purpose of having lamps in first place. May 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cobros innecesarios No me parece, como cliente GOLD, que te cobren por guardar unas cajas un par de días, hice unas compras por internet como muchas otras veces, pedi que se enviaran al hotel y cobraron 10 usd por el servicio (bad profit), en otros hoteles priority no cobran, siendo cliente y con un tamaño de caja aceptable que no les implique rentar una bodega, no veo que ganan cobrando 10 usd... un punto a considerar al hospedarse en este hotel. Ademas de que ya tiene sus años y en la habitación no cuenta con frigobar! May 14, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express McAllen/Mission Great hotel. Convenient location. The only real negative issue I had was that the parking lot was being redone and this created a lot of debris and tar. I do not think any got on my vehicle, but this was a real concern for me. May 10, 2015

The smell was so disgusting - something between moisture and a box that has been closed for years. It was the room 134. Holiday team: please take the appropriate actions. Thanks. May 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thoughtful Front Desk staff I accidentally left my cane near the front desk when I checked out of this hotel. Within an hour the staff member at the desk called me on my Iphone to tell me he had the cane. I returned, retrieved the cane. I am very grateful for the thoughtful treatment. May 4, 2015
