Because we had to leave at 3:15 a.m., we did not expect any breakfast, but the clerk at the desk had noticed our early wake-up call and had made fresh coffee and had put out breakfast. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff Upon arrival we were greeted by a representative who really made our stay! I had trouble locating my credit card and she was more than patient with us. She even called a local gas station for us. As a tourist, you can imagine my fears of thinking I lost my wallet, but she calmed my fear and helped me find it, never once threatening to let go of the room (which I've experienced at other hotels). I am very grateful for her patience and hospitality. Holiday Inn never disappoints! January 13, 2015

We were absolutely very happy until the last most shocking incident happened with us by the front desk operator. Now we have decided not to stay here anymore and the incident was unbearable, unforgettable, very scary, rude, and too much embarrassing to even write everything in details to say what happened with us on that day and what the way a front desk operator handled the whole situation was unacceptable. We are in same hospitality business since many years and have very clear sense that how adversely affect to the business of any silly mistake of employee. They have good employees to like Manager - Anthony, Radha and few others too. We wish management can understand and try investigate the whole incident in respective manner. We are not happy of losing our second home but we can not have dare to stay back after that most shocking incident. January 7, 2015
