The location is great near many places to eat and shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Workout facility is one of the best I have seen. breakfast is average.

Very nice stay at this property, the people were friendly, prompt and helpful; spacious room, very clean, nice amenities. Good breakfast, my daughter loved the pancake machine! Friendly, helpful staff.

Although I identified myself as a Priority Club member, the front desk staff did not seem to make much effort to meet my requests for a king bed room.. When I asked for this, the response that there were none available, was much too quick, without even checking their computers. I find it difficult to believe that EVERY king bed room in a facility of this size was taken. I'm not sure I will stay at this hotel again. I have always found that Holiday Inns are exceptional in all respects, but this specific hotel doesn't seem to live up to that standard with regard to the front desk staff.

My wife and I stayed there in late December 2012 and had such a great time that we came back for another visit, this time with one of my sons and got a suite with three queen beds. My wife and my son have told me that this was the nicest facility that we had on our ten day trip.

We held our board meeting in Missoula - staying at the Holiday Inn Express Northwest. Ben at the desk was great, going above and beyond. The staff is very helpful.

I enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Missoula. I appreciated Mike and Toni and the rest of the staff during this visit. I will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here overnight while traveling, since we have Prioirity Club, and there was the HIExpress sign along the highway, just in time! This hotel is new to us - we were not aware it had opened. Good access on/off highway, and within walking distance to several restaurants. Welcoming staff. Good breakfast, a bit better than at our last HIExpress. Room appeared clean and neat, well furnished - except a stray hair or 2 in the bathroom. Noise transmission (from other rooms/hall) was an occasional concern but overall this was a good hotel stay for us.
