Stayed overnight prior to catching flight back to Houston. Staff was courteous and our room was clean. Quiet and received a good nights sleep. Pretty busy due to a football game, but the staff was able to keep up with the breakfast needs.

The hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The mattresses are too soft for our liking but are nice mattresses. The crib we requested was in the room when we arrived. The breakfast food was less than average.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JenJoMo Great location, clean and comfortable
The Holiday Inn Express in Missoula, MT was in the perfect location for the event we attended and the hotel was clean, comfortable and kid friendly. We had the family room and the kids loved the bunk beds and XBox. We had a great time with friends watching basketball around the fireplace in the lounge area and the kids loved the pool and game room. The entire hotel was clean and I will definitely stay there when in Missoula.

We arrived late at night and left right after breakfast but the hotel was clean and comfortable. We requested a crib a head of time and it was in the room when we arrived. There was also a note from the head of housekeeping ensuring us the crib had been sanitized and was safe for our baby. I thought it was a nice touch.

The hotel looks new and is inviting inside and out. Great breakfast, plenty of room to sit and work in the breakfast room, room was very comfortable and had plenty of plug ins.
I booked my next stay as I was leaving.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 49 states Staff and wifi were sorely lacking
Pretty bad for a Holiday Inn Express...
1. Breakfast staff (older woman with short white hair) re-arranged all the pastries in the case with her bare hands - in between activities like wiping down tables and throwing out garbage. We were dumbfounded.
2, Wifi on the third floor (both available access points from several devices) was unusable. It seemed like the signal strength was fine where our room was so something else was at play. The staff was completely unequipped/unwilling to help. Their solution was... the guest has to call the help desk. I understand them not being able to do anything directly themselves but they should have made the call.
3. Evening staff was hard to locate. I went down several times between 8 and 10 PM but they were nowhere to be found.
4. Finally, there's another, large hotel right next to this HIE - roughly 50 yards away on the north side. Google maps doesn't show either hotel at this time. If you have a room on that north side, you will never want to have your drapes open, which is an odd thing given how beautiful the area is.

No complaints. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and friendly. Close to all the things I needed to see and do. Easy access to downtown and the interstate.
