Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel and great staff I think this was the nicest Holiday Inn I have EVER been in. THe rooms were nice, the staff was SO nice. It was ultra clean and the breakfast lady even washed down all chairs after each day. This was the nicest hotel gym I have ever been in and the staff was amazing! January 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel, but no UPS or Fedex Pickup I was pleased with the overall stay, cleanliness, and courtesy, but have to say that from a business standpoint it's hard to understand that this hotel only has Postal pick up? I needed an urgent shipment made from the hotel ( an average size box) and they did not have either Fedex or UPS pickup...really disappointing as I had to physically drive to the downtown UPS store on an already tight time schedule to do the drop off myself. Staff was super friendly and helpful - they didn't make us feel like nonpaying customers just because we were using rewards nights, as some other locations had. The property was beautiful and well maintained, the room was quiet and comfortable and exceeded our expectation! November 2, 2012

The HI Express in Missoula is brand new, clean as a whistle and decorated very tastefully. I only wish they would redecorate the one we stay in Ocean City MD the same way. Great overnight stay, nothing could have been better. October 18, 2012
