Staff was very sloppy dressed & informative. A nice facility, but over priced for accommodations

This hotel is awesome. The staff, the food, dining room, the lobby, the rooms, the pool, the slide, and the business center. All very well done. Great location.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TravelGuy18 Clean and crazy fast Internet!
After a very long drive we were ready to relax a little. This location is very easy to find and has places close by to eat. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The Internet speed was insanely fast -- much faster than any cable modem I've used. That was a nice bonus as we had some things we needed to get done that evening. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Burnt out lightbulb in room and air conditioner blows on bed, had to block with chair. Other than that perfect stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VillageElder not enough electrical outlets
Holiday Inn Expresses that we've stayed in simply do not have enough electrical outlets for our needs...these needs are two cell phone chargers, one laptop charger, one hotspot charger (we don't use your unsecured wi-fi), and one sleep apnea machine plugin. I will not use the outlets in the bathroom because of the chance of water splashing on the chargers or phones. I learned to take a multiple-plug extension cord on our trips to accommodate our needs. FYI, during this trip, we stayed at a newly-built AmericInn (sp?). Their light fixtures were wall-mounted with 2 outlets each; the desk lamp had 2 outlets. I still had to use the extension cord for my cpap machine (shared the wall outlet with the floor lamp).
Overall, it seems room designers do not take into account the needs for elderly folks in the areas of electrical outlets, bathroom safety bars, and commode heights. (ps: this HolInn had better commode height and safety considerations than the one in Rapid City, SD.)
Further: I present my charge card and IHG card the moment I approach the lobby desk so I don't know what IHG recognition is supposed to mean.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RJMJ A winner
After long drive was greeted and checked in with ease. As with every Inn, even with pre-registration of 4 guests, their are never enough wash cloth's and hand towels; however, it was taken care of by staff to our satisfaction. Not a knock on this particular Inn as we really enjoyed the stay.
