The fact that it's just minutes South from Arches National Park this establishment has already gotten a good plus.
Then the front desk staff (forgot his name) is perceptive and right on the money, we were tired from all day driving and hiking and we ask for delivery recommendation which he repplied with a local pizza. Later we also check with Yelp that exact same pizza was the number one within the distance and the menu he recommended was also spot on!
The room is nice with modern touch and firm enough bed. Unfortunately we only spend one night there and off to other places.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ChinaShrek11 A great Holiday Inn Express
This Holiday Inn Express (HIE) is very new and has a lot going for it. Breakfast is served from 6-10:30am each day. 6:00am is early enough, but one morning, I had to leave at 5:40am and breakfast was already set up for everyone. This is great because many people (including myself) were leaving early to go hiking or sightseeing. This is your typical HIE breakfast, which isn't for everyone. However, it is included with the room rate and kids love it. They have cereal, cinnamon buns, fruit, oatmeal, sliced bread to make toast from, and a waffle maker. I like the HIE coffee a lot. If you have IHG status then you will want to stay here. Upon check-in, as a Gold member, I was offered a bottle of water and a choice of 300 points or a bag of trail mix. I selected the points.
The AC worked great in the room. It wasn't too loud and I was able to run the fan continuously to create white noise for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and there was large flat screen TV in front of the bed. This hotel uses DirecTV and there were more than a hundred channels to pick from.
The location is slightly out of time (about two miles North of Moab). Some people may prefer something right in the downtown area, but the hotel is only five minutes away. I think the hotel needs to have a larger sign along the road.

We chose to stay in Moab because of its proximity to Arches National Park. This property was highly rated, so we chose here to spend the night. The hotel is very new and the decor modern. Our kids really loved the Arches-themed pool and waterfall. Room was comfortable, climate control was great and bathroom very nice. Complementary breakfast was by far the best of our entire ten day trip, with a room large enough to accommodate multiple families. Should we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We did not get to enjoy the hotel as much as we wanted since we arrived late, but it was very nice and the staff was courteous, respectful and friendly. The pool area looked awesome. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was adequate. My only complaint was the price of this hotel - almost double what I usually pay for an IHG.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave. The room was very quiet and we slept well. The location is a little north of downtown but convenient to the national parks.

Being placed in a room over the main entrance is not wise if you would like a good nights sleep.
