Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 great breakfast bar The front desk was attentive and had small chitchat to make me feel welcomed. The breakfast bar had food changes everyday so it didn't get old when you stayed more than one day. Did have a slight problem with the hot tub being lukewarm and not all the jets were properly working. I did have an itty bitty problem with the bathroom tissue roll. I have stayed at cheap to expensive hotels and it is a nice extra touch to know the first tug on the tissue roll has the neat folded triangle so it is easy to pull. The room I was in had a new roll and I had to battle with the tissue to get the roll started and not having long finger nails its a bit hard. Just a silly little touch that stood out. August 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by New Hotel The hotel was new but you could see where they rushed for it to be completed because of the poor quality of the bathroom. Tiles were set incorrectly, fixtures attached wrong. I found hair on the alls of my shower. That's kinda nasty when your still waking up. When i reserved the room online it said two bedroom suite but when i arrived i learned the property did not have those kind of rooms. I was not offered my two free waters or 500 points at check in. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great place to stay staff was friendly, acknowledged me each time I entered or left the hotel. amenities are good, room is comfortable. gluten free options for breakfast-enough said! smelled good, was clean and felt safe. the Wednesday night dinner the staff does is excellent. i wish there were standard coffee pots in rooms though. overall, an excellent stay. will stay again next time I travel there. At check-in, the desk clerk was not attentive, but other staff made up for it in going out of their way to show that I was important to them. One particular staff member was outstanding in caring for the customers and making us feel at home. The place was clean, and the room was comfortable and quite. I consider the price high, but it was competitive with other hotels in the area. Breakfast was hot and good, with a variety of choices. Breakfast bar staff were very attentive and wanting to please. Overall I would stay there again and recommend it others. June 5, 2014
