Canadian AAA prime rib of beef served with red wine au jus, yorkshire pudding, baked potato and a horseradish tart.
Soup 'n' Sub Lunch
A "working" lunch buffet that includes your choice of our Chef's hearty soups, sub-style sandwiches made with assorted cold cuts and fresh vegetables, tea-style sweets and coffee or tea.
Our famous seafood chowder brimming with fresh seafood from the Bay of Fundy and assorted sandwiches made with sliced meats, egg salad and chicken salad. A relish tray, light dessert and coffee or tea are also included.

Thick and meaty lasagna and crispy garlic bread are accompanied by Caesar salad, pasta salad, light desserts and coffee or tea.
