She is an absolute pleasure and very professional in all she did and her presentation of your company. We had found out just a few hours earlier that there had been a death in my wife's family. The issue had not only affected our demeanor, but also caused us to be delayed by about 4 hours. I had actually called the property prior to leaving home to ensure the reservation was maintained, and Shelby answered and verified the reservation, said no worries. On meeting her and after being checked in, I asked Shelby how long she had been working at the property. I expected an answer of a year, or a couple of years. Shelby replied that she had just started in August. She is a natural for the hospitality industry. She is a true asset, and she will excel in the industry. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant staff, very reasonable room rates and clean hotel Enjoyed the 2 night stay in suite. Accomodating staff, very friendly. Only issue which would affect any business traveller, was the poor wifi. Could hardly get connected and when you did, it failed over and over again for the two days. Was very disappointed in this and would certainly impact any future consideration for staying at this hotel. October 18, 2014
