Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel bad guests We were here on business, staff was friendly and helpful , were able to have a early check in and check out . Room was good may need one redo in he next year is starting to look a little tired . Breakfast was ok was a little cold but lots do choices would like to some more fruit . Ok it is not the hotel fault but it needs to take control , hockey parents and kids , the kids were running around taking over every part of the hotel , if they weren't running in the halls throwing food and ice , you couldn't even get near the pool or expresss room. The parent were drunk, and let their children run wild . Security needs to be I walking the halls, staff needs to in force some common respect for the rest of the guests. The hotel was a mess every morning were there sunflower seeds, pizza garbage chip in the hallways , elevator . The breakfast room was disgusting kids spilling , leaving huge mess of food, the poor staff couldn't keep up. We stay a bout three times in this hotel a year on business this was the worst. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay Overall the stay experience was between good and excellent. Everything was comfortable, bed was great as were the chairs in the room. Staff were excellent, the check in girl was more than accommodating and receptive to my working dog partner. Only thing i wasn't impressed with was the cordless phone that was dead and not taking a charge and the wifi signal was pretty weak where I was. I'm sure other rooms had better wifi. Overall, great spot and will stay again. February 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff let me down I stayed at this hotel twice in October last year. On the second visit the staff failed to give me the wake up call that I had requested. This caused me great inconvenience. As a consequence the front desk staff volunteered to give me 5000 club points. Despite a further request these have never been awarded. Altogether very disappointing January 28, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff Staff here was amazing. Window leaked and soaked our luggage and clothes. Seemed like a common problem that night. Parking lot in the back was a pond. Had to wade through 6" of water to get to the car. January 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Check out time.....??? Only one issue to share, when check out time is 11am why are the housekeeping staff trying to come into your room before that time. I was woken up at 9:24am from the housekeeping staff trying to enter, good thing I had the extra lock on door. It had been a long night and hadn't planned on waking up until closer to check out time, that didn't happen........ January 15, 2014
