Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A pleasant surprise Upon check-in, we were told we had been chosen for an upgrade to a suite. Being with our 34year old son who was on vacation for a short period, this was just wonderful. But more than that, the staff was absolutely fabulous. Everyone smile and greeted the guests with utmost courtesy. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of cold and hot food. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would heartily recommend this hotel. April 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our lucky day...spacious room upgrade :) upon arrival, after travelling all day, we were met by a very friendly desk clerk who informed us that we were the winners of the priority club member of the day!! we received a beautiful gift basket and a free upgrade to a suite. The rooms were spotless, the beds were quite comfortable and the free breakfast was fit for a king!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning again for sure. April 10, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Experience Except... We always enjoy our stay at this hotel; we have been going 1 or 2 times per year for the last 5+ years. This year we were able to take advantage of the best price guarantee and received a free night during our stay. Not to sound unappreciative, but this program is offered to assure that customers are getting the best rate, and we took advantage of this program. The problem is that we were penalized for it by not being awarded priority points for our stay there. Also - the amount of points needed for a free night or discounted night, continues to increase, so that we will most likely never have enough points to benefit from this program. It is one of the main reasons (one of) that we stay at this hotel, but to be honest, we may look into other accommodations for our next trip. April 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and friendly staff This was our first time staying at Holiday Inn Express Moncton and will definitely not be our last. The front reception staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating to all our needs. The housekeeping staff were the same. The complimentary breakfast was first-rate, as good or better than what one would find in a restaurant with respect to cleanliness and the food was fresh and plentiful! In addition, the customer appreciation evening was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and business colleagues. March 19, 2013
