Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value; couple of mishaps Good value; great complimentary breakfast. Excellent location and overall good comfort. The Papalote, the restaurant, was excellent! Issues: 1. Room key would not activate the elevator. Malfunctioned during my entire stay. 2. Was not recognized as Gold Elite IH member. 3. No effort was made in getting me a single king size; had to settle for double queen. 4. There are no soup/shampoo holders in the shower. You have to just lay your shower items on the floor. Total Disorganization on Shuttle service, 2 good units, 6 drivers and every time you want to use the service is not available, Most of the time first unit is on an empty drive to the airport (to see if some one arrives "all day every 30 min"), and the second one stopped in front of the hotel because there is no Driver. Maribel (pregnant woman) at the lobby was rut as usual, rest of the team members are very kind. August 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Great all around for the price Staff are super friendly and very efficient. In particular, the shuttle staff are great, on time and very friendly. The 'happy hour' is also a nice touch. Room was adequate - clean, comfortable and quiet. The TV channel selections we a little haphazard, but not too bad - of course I would have liked more channels in English. Wireless internet worked sometimes... No bar on the property, although the Tex Mex restaurant had one - I would have liked the ability to sit and have a quiet beer and read my book - which is not possible at the restaurant. Overall, good experience - I will be back. August 5, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Problemas con la Facturación Solicite factura al salir del hotel, no la enviaban y llame a recepción, el problema fue que la señorita tomó mal mi dirección de correo. La señorita que me atendió, muy mala actitud sin ganas de ayudarme a resolver el problema, dos días después me llegó la factura. Esta es una área de oportunidad para su servicio. August 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Muy buena opción para descansar Teníamos un vuelo muy temprano, por lo que decidimos alojarnos en un hotel cercano al aeropuerto, rebasó nuestras expectativas, ya que aparte de ser un hotel nuevo, sus instalaciones muy cómodas y personal muy eficiente y amable, tienen el servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto cada 30 minutos, lo cual es un plus muy importante para el huésped. Muy recomendable! July 31, 2014
