After a long day of traveling to be greeted with a smile and prompt customer service is such a treat! The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained - everything works as it is suppose to work from plumbing to security to HVAC.

Some of the BEST hotel desk staff I've come across (and I stay in hotels A LOT). Very accomodating about early check-in (1 hour early); I asked about this when I arrived 2 hours early, and they said they could get a room ready for me in about an hour (i.e. 1 hour early). When I came back it was ready and they let me check in. World-class service!!! Also, great pool and hot tub.

While this seemed to be a slightly older property, it made up for it with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were willing to go out of their way to help us.
The bed and bathroom were some of the best we encountered on the trip - we very much liked the layout of the room. While this is one of the older properties we encountered, it is well maintained and cared for - and it shows.
This was one of six hotels we stayed at for the trip, and only one of two that had the full breakfast bar. Not only was it complete and functional - they took pride in that fact.
It was nice to stay at a hotel where the staff and management appreciated our stay and welcomed us by doing their best to serve us.

This is a nice HIE that is very convenient to I85, as well as lots of restaurants and all kinds of shopping!!
Front desk was quick and courteous.
I had an issue with Priority Club Bonus points that were not applied, but 1 email to Ethel and it was quickly cleared up and points posted within 24 hours. (unlike some others that required multiple messages and up to a month to fix).

We reserved 4 rooms for the weekend for a wedding. When we arrived I checked out all four rooms and one wreaked of smoke, so the desk clerk immediately gave us another room. She was extremely helpful! We were disappointed that the indoor pool was "out of service" -evidently from some irresponsible guests. It was convenient, clean and I would recommend it to others.

The motel is close to resterants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband left his Hurry cane there and they had it saved, even thro we did not call them, a week later.

The military uses this motel frequently. I am very particular when it comes to being clean. There was hair in the bathroom floor and also hair in the microwave. The next morning when we got up and went down for breakfast we could not get anything due to the time breakfast was served. So many guardsman had to go to drill without breakfast because they did not realize breakfast would not be served until 7am. We had to be at drill at 7 am. It would be nice if breakfast could be served at 6am. But I would much rather have a clean room than be served breakfast. Just wanted to let you know so that it might help with your service in the future. The staff was nice and I did not complain to the staff. I realize that is my fault. Hope you have a nice day.

The breakfast attendant was awesome. The weights in the fitness center were broken, so I didn't get to workout like I wanted to. I would stay here again. It was very convenience to my destination. This hotel was a very pleasant experience..

We had several family members staying for a wedding. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great!! Our whole family enjoyed their stay.

A very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, I had a very brief stay due to other business commitments outside of Montgomery. Next time, I'll bring my family along and make it a longer stay. Quite impressed with the staff, really made me feel welcome.
