Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short Notice Stay The staff assisted in making sure my overnight stay was one of the better stays in Holiday Inn. I arrived later than I thought, but that didn't hinder me from getting great service from the staff. The breakfast the next morning was fresh and nice n hot. The morning staff was ery nice as well, assisting me in consolidating 2 different rewards account into one. This will be my hotel of choice when i'm in Montgomery to visit my son who is stationed there. April 21, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and bad service upon checkin I was issue a room that was already occupied by another guest and after I was issue the correct room the key card would not work. I asked for a wake up call both nights and did not received either. My key cards kept going dead and when I inquired at the front desk why this was continue to happen the desk attendent got smart. I have been staying with Holiday inn express more than seven years and never experience this type of service. March 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tamika is the best! Hello, Normally, I do not rate hotels but my experience at this location was so good I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I was visiting from Savannah, Ga to see my Father who is ICU at Jackson Hospital. With that already on my mind I was greeted by the front desk clerk who stated that the room that I booked with Priorityclub.com was not available but she happily found me a comparable room. After a long day at the hospital, I returned for a night's sleep. The next day I awoke, showered and went down stairs for breakfast, I meet the best hostess in the business Tamika. She must be sensed that I had a lot on my mind. Not only did she have a delicious hot breakfast waiting, she also had kind words to share. Please hold on to her HIE, she is one of the best. Thank you so much Tamika for listening and caring. It's this type of added customer service that made my stay that much better. L. Watson and family March 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable site, clean and well managed My only issue is that twice during the 3 days I stayed there I requested a wake up call from the front desk. Once at check in and once calling from my room. Both times I was assured it was completed and both times the call never came. There are other methods I can use to achieve my wake up call, however from a customer service standpoint this is very poor. January 15, 2013
