From the time my husband and I walked into the lobby, I was pleased with the vibe, the atmosphere. We were greeted very cordially, very pleased with the room, very pleased with the large, inviting pool area, very pleased with the lounge/breakfast area, the breakfast service. When we asked about a local restaurant, the clerk found the number and called for hours. I did have to request late check out 3X and was disturbed by housekeeping; but took it in stride. S H. was the clerk who was most helpful. The one thing that could make it better: a hot tub for adults only slightly away from the pool area. Lots of kids in pool. That would be primo and you have the room.

I have stayed here quite a few times and I see improvements each time I stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and check in time is very fast.

I have in my account 1.6 million Priority Club Points over my lifetime. I have earned close to 1.8 million. I have stayed at many different IHG Hotels and in many different types of rooms. This is the best hotel and Room 146 is the best room for me I have ever stayed in.
Suzanne at the front desk always make sure I get my room each week that I stay. She makes my reservations for me and has never made a mistake in three years. She embodies "Customer Service"!

I reserved my room with credit card and told the customer service I would be paying cash. She said that would be fine. When I checked in and was pulling out cash I was informed that I would have to leave a $200.00 deposit if I paid cash! Crazy! Should have been told this when I reserved and I stated I would be paying cash. I am not a teenager or young adult. My age is above 50 and the only one staying the night. There should be another policy for the elderly.

Exceeded our expectations for an Express property. Large room's and large pool and breakfast area. The Hot breakfast was awesome lots of choices!!
