Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gont currently some maintenance work ongoing.....
Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean, modern and sufficient equipped. But due to some hand work going on somewhere in the building (no noise), I had 2 days no warm water, before I changed the room. Rooms without warm water shouldn't be offered....

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gont modern Hotel with friendly staff
This 2 or 3 year old hotel provides modern, clean rooms and moderate facilities. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but ok with enough choices.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by fanfan1704 Lots of noise, uncomfortable bed
We were surprised to find carpet in the room, unlike most of modern hôtels. More and more people are allergic to acarians... My granddaughter and I coughed a lot during the night. They told me we would have two double-beds (for 2 adults and 2 children) but the second was an uncomfortable and narrow bunk. However, we enjoyed the fridge and micro-wave oven. We could have dinner without going out. Nice people at the reception desk. Breakfast OK.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kobe03 Comfortable stopover
We stayed for three nights while we were on a short holiday in Montpellier. Our double room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. On arrival we took a taxi from the airport which was a little pricy at 24 Euros for a very short journey. Cheaper to take the airport bus No 120 to Place de Europe for 1.60 Euros and then the tram (blue line) to Place de France and then the short walk to the hotel. Breakfast consisted of juice, bread, croissants, cheeses, meats, pastries etc and it was plentiful and fresh. The tram line is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Its 2.50 Euros for a day return into central Montpellier (Place du Comedie). The restaurants nearby in the Odysseum (which is basically a retail park) are commercial, pricy and international. We found some lovely French restaurants in Montpellier. The Aquarium nearby was well worth the 15 Euros. The surrounding area was safe to walk around at night and I would definitely stay here again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Marf03 size of the room and wc
exactly knowing what usually I get at Express hotels all round Euope, I was very suprised in overnighting in a "family room" which dimensions are smaller than I am used for a standard one. Architecht fault.
In the bathroom there is no wc-brush (ok the hotel is France but it is an Holiday Inn!)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great stopover
We used this hotel as a place to stopover to go and watch the rugby at Montpellier. The staff were brilliant, the room was clean and modern and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jimmy1958 Not a breathtaking experience....
We stayed for one night only. Room was clean but toilet was not very clean. Air conditioned was always ON and it was not possible to switch OFF, it was only possible to regulate the tempearture. Even if the property seems new some common areas (corridors, walls) were not very clean. We arrived at 5,30 pm but for a problem the swimming pool closed at 6,00 pm instead than 10,00 pm, so was not possible to relax on the pool side.
We asked for a container for ice but they didn't have any.
