Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Services Room was very clean and bed comfortable enough for a good rest between flights but the customer services were way below expectations. I did not expect to have such a poor service with the shuttle service, specially after I called in advance to confirm the details of our arrival. Very disappointed with the customer service also as the reception guy was trying to convince me that I do not know what I am taking about and that I was waiting in the airport 45 min at 1:00 am because I did not know where to wait... Unfortunately the people at the front desk do not give the impression that they appreciate our business. They should pesonalize their greetings in order to make the guest feel welcome. They seem to treat the guests on an **In and Out** basis instead of trying to encourage repeats. In the bar the same attitude was felt. Food was good. I needed some information concerning the wi-fi and I had the impression that I was disturbing the lady at the front desk. Missing nametags. The shuttle service was very effective and courteous.
