Negative; Swiming pool was closed for the duration we stayed.
Positive:Room service staff and breakfast area staff provided very good service.

We did ask for quiet room but ended up in a noise one.
not clean and that was the over all situation in the hotel.
not enough towels not only one but on the two days that we stayed. had to ask for more even 2 times because the first time they did not bring them to the room
On the second day they did not have any more so....
the room was not cleaned as it should the toothpaste of earlier visiters was still on the bathroom wall.
had to clean first before you could properly put your things on table and other places.
Breakfast though was perfect.
We travel around for 6 weeks and this was the worst place ever.
go and look how it must be at the HIE In quebec city.

The hotel is very upscale with a great breakfast and luxurious room. The problem is the staff. The front desk staff are very rude and lie to you. Also, the breakfast options are great but they take a very long time to re-stock. If eggs are done, expect to wait 30 mins before getting any more. You also have to constantly nag the staff for more of the food you want so they can finally bring it out!

The breakfast contained no fruit, yogurt or biscuits. They had hard boiled eggs, milk cereal, bacon, bread, pancakes, and maybe juice. I didn't try the juice machine. Other Holiday Inn Expresses take more pride in the breakfast they provide and have a better selection.

After having travelled 10 hours, I expected much more than I got at this hotel. The bed creaked every time we turned resulting in a horrible night of sleep. I also had looked forward to a hot breakfast but found myself sorely disappointed at the quality of the food that was offered. I would not go here again.

It was a good 3 night stay. We had the presidential suite, so room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The receptionist were very helpful. The only things I would change would be the breakfast, and the fact that we had no control of the AC, at 1st. Unfortunatly, every morning we had breakfast, eggs were wet, and sausage was dry, and hard. We also had to call for someone to turn off the AC because it got too cold. We were later given a remote to control it ourselves (which was still awkward that the air kept coming on, even when I turned it off), and there was no timer on. the person actually didnt want to give us the remote.
Anyway it was a nice stay.
