I was on a business trip with no time to spare. From the booking in right up to the leaving the next day, the hotel is geared on getting on with business. No wasted time, fast greating, fast settling in and number one service. In short no need to shop around, this is where to go for outstanding service and amenities. Thank you very much.

I'm a rewards member so we've stayed at our share of Holiday Inns This one didn't dissappoint. We stayed two separate nights on our way to and from Orlando. The rooms are nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle left both mornings when requested but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes at the airport when you call for the shuttle.
The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast, as usual, was better than most hotels offer. Based on the fact that it's free, I give it top marks.
I would recommend this place to anyone for a short stay in Montreal.

The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were out of this world. Usually I always have a sore neck from other pillows, but not in this stay. The people at the desk are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is fine, but with recent construction along Cote de Liesse and the Dorval circle, there should have been information available to guests to show them alternate routes to get to the hotel. When asked specifically about this at the front desk, the instructions were vague, and part of them were wrong.
The breakfast was great, and the dining space was spacious and comfortable.
And in spite of being across the road from one of the major runways at the airport, this did not create any problems with sleeping - I kept the fan on to create white noise.

As a family, we enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, video games and the size of our room (junior suite).
The only 2 disappointing things we experienced is the uncomfortable mattress of the sofa bed and the fact that there was no extra rollaway bed available when we arrive for our family of 5. We had to insist at 10 PM and finally they found us an extra bed...
Overall, great experience but not at a bargain price.

The hotel was clean, and the staff well trained and welcoming. Unfortunately a major negative was the length of time awaiting the arrival of the courtesy bus at the airport. Four phone calls and an eighty minute wait time was really not acceptable.

The "high speed" internet was painfully slow making it very difficult to get work done from the motel. The wireless signal was very poor on the priority club floors only ranging from 25-40% signal.

I was quite upset after a long day or work and driving that when I got into my room at 9pm, the tv would not turn on. I called reception and about 15 minutes later someone came to look at it. There was an issue with the chords. He fooled around with the chords and plugs and finally got the tv to work after 5 minutes. Then in the morning the tv would not turn on. I did what he did the night before, and it turned on after 5 minutes of fidgeting. I was NOT happy.

Very updated amenities. I would stay again. I stay at HIEx about 100 nights a year and I would say this is probably the nicest facility I've seen. This hotel does a great job of serving the breakfast. The area was clean and the server was attentive to keeping the food choices full. The seating is bright and inviting with good views of the TV if the traveller is inclined to watching during breakfast while they also provide seating away from the TV as well. The Bistro Bar was great.

Front desk staff were rude and unfriendly.
TV was broken and took 2.5 hours for it to be replaced. The staff member who replaced it was friendly.
We wanted a bottle opener but the front desk staff said the only option was to bring the bottle down to front desk to be opened there.
That would be fine if it wasn't for the attitude that went along with it!
The pool was too cold.
We booked the hotel for some relaxation after a stressful funeral before heading back home the next morning. The rudeness of front desk for check in made us want to just drive home that same day except the room was prepaid.
A smile would have gone a long way!
Usually holiday inn express is a treat for us. This one was not fun.

I stayed there with my family I picked out the best rate, room small with a sofa bed awful for my daughter sleep.
Good breakfast included. For one night ok more than that I don't recommend.

I was overall very happy with the hotel, Great breakfast, i did find that the maid service was lacking, they did the bare minimum to tidy the room, not a problem, but noted. I would like to mention that the bedroom had squished fly guts(blood) on the ceiling from someone swatting flies, this hotel is very close to the airport, almost on the tarmac, very interesting if you like to watch the planes, which i enjoyed. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay at Holiday Inn Xpress again.

Can't say anything bad about the hotel. Was a very pleasant stay.
maybe one thing to mention is that we called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The recoptionist told us that the shuttle would be there in 10 min. after 15 min still no shuttle so I called and he than told another 2-3 min. in the end we waited almost 25 min. I don't mind the waiting but maybe next time just say the shuttle will come asap instead of this.

This is my second time stay in this hotel . Good value with comfortable room and pleasant staff! But I found there was one area need to be improved, as the bedding sheet and the area underneath the sofa bed. There was quite dirty and not clean at all.

Everthing within this hotel (rooms, pool, sauna, breakfast) is either good or very good. However, location is not ideal. It is not the nicest block on the airport area.

We had a good visit at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious enough for our family of four. The lobby was very nice and comfortable as was the breakfast area. The weekend breakfast was very good, however, the Monday breakfast was disappointing.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I really liked their shuttle service. It was available any time, which meant we wouldn't be stuck. The shuttle is necessary to get to the airport to then use city transit. This whole set up was so easy to use that we did not use our car at all. We purchased weekend passes for the transit system and toured the city.

Arrived to the airport around 12am. Waited for the shuttle for about 50min. There were people who arrived earlier so they waited for more than an hour.

My wife loves to stay at a hotel with a Sauna; that is one of the reasons I selected this hotel as they had a sauna. The problem was the sauna was out of order during our stay.
There were ants on the breakfast bar (4 or 5). Not good.
Beds were very comfortable.
Rooms were well kept.
The staff at the hotel bar was very good.
Pool was descent size

We stayed here as a family for one night on our way back from the east coast. Our room had not been cleaned properly (food was left in refrigerator from previous occupant, used sheets were left in closet, surfaces had not been wiped, just to name a few). I called the front desk to report it and possibly get another room. I was told there weren't any other rooms. They sent a cleaner and she apologized and began cleaning. I stopped her though when she cleaned the bathroom with a cloth and proceeded towards the table in the room with the same cloth. We went out to the store and bought some disinfectant wipes and I re-cleaned the room myself. On check out, we mentioned it again to the front desk and they thanked us and said they would address the issue with the cleaners. They offered to refund our parking fee for our troubles. On the plus side, the breakfast was nice.

This was our second time staying here before leaving on a trip. The hotel and rooms are nice. For the most part, the staff is great. Breakfast is quick and convenient.
I would recommend this hotel as a stop-over on a drive but if you're staying here for the park and shuttle service, it's hit and miss. Going to the airport is fine, but the pick-up service needs some work. You have to call the hotel, who then contacts the shuttle. Sometimes they don't answer the phone! On our first trip, it took about 30 minutes to be picked up. This time, 3 groups of us waited for an hour! All groups had attempted to call and got no answer. Finally someone called a 1-800 general number to get through. When we got back to the hotel, the clerk basically called us liars. He was very indifferent with our frustration. While we waited we saw shuttles from other nearby hotels come around 3 times. Nice that they have their identifiers on their shuttles :)

We did not arrive at the hotel until close to midnight and had to get up again at 4 a.m., so our stay was a little short. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were more than friendly. Our room was fantastic . . . extremely roomy, spotless clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We were very tired, so a quick shower and a few hours of good sleep were much appreciated. Our wake-up call was on time, and the free shuttle to the airport at 4:30 a.m. was a bonus. Overall, the room clearly exceeded our expectations, and we were more than pleased. While we did not get an opportunity to enjoy breakfast, the fact that it was included in the room price was certainly good value. We would definitely recommend this property for all of the reasons mentioned above, as well as its proximity to the airport. We were two very satisfied "weary travellers."
