We chose this HIE not only because I am brand loyal, but also due to its proximity to Trudeau Airport. We also took advantage of the Stay & Park offering. Once again, the brand did not disappoint. We were warmly welcomed, assigned a beautiful room and treated very well. Staff are professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and sauna were a treat after a long day on the road. Yes, it is in an industrial area but local restaurants deliver food, beer, wine or whatever you need. All you have to do is ask. The experienced and knowledgeable shuttle driver not only delivered us to the Departures area, but also made sure we knew where to wait on return. We have a wedding in the family in Montreal later this year, and will be certain to return here. Highly recommended.

Room and bed was very good, a little disappointed that there was not a bar at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and the information provided in the room was good.
It's location is good for the airport, but currently seems to be in the middle of major road works.

We used this hotel because we had an early flight from the Montreal airport. The room was nice, the staff very pleasant. We left our vehicle at the hotel for over a week and had no concerns. The parking lot is very safe. The shuttle was excellant and got us to the airport on time. We were to call the shuttle when we arrived back from our trip but when we got to the pickup spot there was already 2 shuttles there! There is no restaurant but there are snacks available in their hotel shop. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. We weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast as our flight was too early but the breakfast area looked big enough to hold a fair amount of people at one time. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Well done Holiday Inn!!

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Friendly staff, nice and comfy room. The only thing is that there is nothing around the hotel, you have to drive for food/entertainment. Not the hotel's fault though!

Used the hotel for overnight stay at start and finish of a Dominican Republic vacation with extended vehicle parking while we were away. Worked out well. Shuttle to airport was quick and easy both going to the airport for 6AM and returning a week later at about 1 AM.

Extremely disappointed with the new policy to charge hotel guests a fee for parking. I understood charging for non guest or even guests when leaving a car and not staying there. It now seems as though the only thing the property cares about is maximizing profit on the parking lot. Such a mess now that there little parking for guests. You have turned a nice hotel with parking into a parking lot with a hotel attached.
Other options in the area so I doubt you will see me here again or at most very little.

Great location , great room. The paid parking is a bit odd, but i guess its due to the airport. This was the first HIEX I was not greeted as a Priority Club Member at check in. After switching brands 3 years ago, I was amazed that every time I checked in, I was thanked for being a member. I use Holiday Inn atleast once a month. This was also the first time housekeeping had disturbed our sleep at 10am and the DND sign was on the door and check out was 11am. But all in all, I would stay again.
Great suites at this place.

The shuttle to/from the airport was great. Got us there and back on time, of course, but the extra touch that was so helpful was the free ride to and from the restaurant in the evening (ribs place - great food, great service)! It was an extra touch that made our stopover between flights that much more pleasant. We also greatly appreciated the free coffee & tea, and fresh apples in the lobby.

The room was great with a confortable king size bed. Problems with the TV were handled swiftly. Breakfast was very good though it could have been a bit warmer. Registration desk people were friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express numerous times during the last 2 years and have never been disappointed with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms.Our choice is always the European suites.

Enjoy staying at this Hotel whenever I travel to Montreal. I will even stay there when my clients are on the other side of the city.
Staff is fantastic, rooms are spacious,clean and very quiet. Parking is limited and I heard rumors they will soon be charging for it. Location is fine for commuting but very industrial and kind of confusing to get to Hotel especially with all the construction., lets just say the area needs a makeover.
Lots of restaurants in the area but you will need to drive to them. Nothing within walking distance unless you want Timmies for dinner.
Keep up the good work and lets try and keep that parking free, the room rates are high enough for that location even with my corporate rate.

We stayed at that hotel to facilitate access to the airport and experience no delay problems.
Staff was excellent, room was comfortable, we were awakened on time, buffet breakfast was varied, check-out was fast and easy, and the shuttle was on time, both at the hotel and at the airport.
Perfect hotel for people needing easy access to a busy airport.
Well done Holiday Inn Express !

The hotel was somewhat plain on the outside but we were very pleasantly surprised at how upscale the interior was. The lobby and public areas are beautifuuly done and our room was one of the largest we had ever stayed in. And we have stayed in many hotels in various parts of the world. Well-appointed with good closet space, well furnished, well laid -out bathroom. Good selection for breakfast.
We would certainly take advantage of their park-fly-stay program again.

Service was excellent at this location. The hotel is very new and the room was clean and comfortable. With the free shuttle to the airport was able to get to public transportation at the airport and relatively easy to get around Montreal without a car. It does take time to get around this way, but not too difficult. The breakfast had a good selection with several fruits that were fresh. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is well appointed all over, from the lobby to the lounges to the rooms. There are also plenty of sitting areas for gathering with friends outside of your own room. The rooms were very nicely layout and furnished. One cannot help but notice all the little added touches put in everywhere by the owners. The staff is well mannered and helpful. Breakfast was good and full of variety. An all round best value indeed!
