Everything was fine except few things.
1. Next day new shampoo and conditioner wasn't been added, even previous one was about to finish.
2. Breakfast room is not clean and service was slow. Some breakfast item wasn't been refilled at all, such as hash brown only refilled once and people was asking for more including my kids. Pancakes wasn't get refilled on time and kids was moving to alternates after waited long enough to get refilled. scramble eggs was getting refilled very slowly and make people wait longer.
Bedrooms and TV was good.

Our team stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near the Montreal Airport and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, size of room and bathroom, the fridge and microwave in the room and especially how quiet the hotel was considering its location near the airport. The pool and hot tub are on the smaller side, but still ok. The gym is ok, a couple treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, weights and mats. Breakfast in the morning was average. Eggs, sausages, tater tots, a variety of baked goods, yogart, cereals, etc. Lots to eat, they weren't short on anything.
The only thing that would make it better is if there was more within walking distance of the hotel (ie: restaurants) but there is a shuttle service for guests to an Italian place that is offered and we did order pizza which was delivered to our hotel room in record time (really good pizza too - Dorval Pizza). Last comment is in regards to the front desk staff. We arrived early to Montreal so we thought we would see if the room was ready. When we got there in the morning it was as if we were bothering the guy behind the desk to see if the room was ready. It wasn't, which is fine, but all he did was shrug his shoulders and walk away... I realize there isn't much he could do but the attitude was disappointing. Other than that it is a good place to stay if you need a room for a night or two.

Very friendly staff giving good service. Only negative point of the hotel was the breakfast. Limitied choice served on disposable cups and plates.
