Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by VERY disappointed in customer service After searching extensively for a good hotel we chose this one because there was a package deal advertised on the website. After staying for two nights, we received a knock very early the day of our departure, jolting us out of bed, at which time we received our bill. We were very disappointed to see that there was no special deal acknowledged on the bill and we were charged a parking fee that we were assured we would not incur. Upon discussing this with the front desk management, nothing was done to accommodate our inconvenience and dissatisfaction. They removed the parking fee that was not supposed to be there in the first place, but besides that, nothing was done. In all my years of staying at hotels for business, I have never felt so disappointed by a booking and unhappy as I leave. February 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs big facelift The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. The location and breakfast are great. The room was shocking, hasn't been painted in many years, not real clean. The beds were ready for the garbage. The rooms need serious updating, this is a 2 star at best. Room 705 that we stayed in which was non-smoking reeked of cigarette smoke. February 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor plumbing fixtures The sink faucet leaked all over the countertop each time it was used. The handle for the shower was so loose it seemed it would fall off at any time. Controlling water temperature with this handle was almost impossible. The hotel needs to hire someone in maintenance that knows how to work on plumbing fixtures. February 16, 2015
