Room was very clean - bed was very comfortable, felt great - breakffast staff very polite - just frustrated that no one would answer the phone to take a wake up call - walked to the desk and it was not attended - waited and waited - also clock alarm was not operable. Closely located near restaurants and entrance ramp to I77 but not to close. Staff is well trained. I good introduction to Holiday Inn asI normally have stayed at another chain. February 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Service Good but could use some work Staff was friendly overall and common areas very clean. Rooms could use a bit up updating, the back of the bathroom door was peeling from water damage, internet was very spotty throughout the room, carpet had a couple stains that needed scrubbed but overall looked clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in regards to the edges of the omelettes being burnt. Also disappointing to find the suites are not stocked with plates, napkins, silverware, etc... as you find in suites at most Express hotels. My family and I ordered delivery and they didn't bring us napkins, my son went to the Great Room looking for some but nothing and when he asked the Front Desk they simply said there were none, really? As I said, overall good service and nice property and I would stay again. February 9, 2015
