Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room not per Reservation When we arrived at 9:30 PM our room for 2 adults and 1 teenage girl, with 2 Queen beds turned out to be a single King, Accessible room. The desk clerk was seemed very unconcerned at first and just kept repeating that they did not have any 2 queen rooms left and that they were booked for the night. When asked if everyone had checked in, she stated that only two parties had not checked in, but they were king rooms also. When I insisted that something had to be done due to our granddaughter being in the room with us, she finally offered to compensate us for the room the first night and add a roll away bed. This, I found to be acceptable. However, when I received the bill under the door two days later for check out, we had not been compensated for either of the two nights stay. I went down the hall to the desk and the night clerk was sitting in the breakfast area. After a few seconds she said "Can I help you? I'm over here." She never attempted to come to the desk so I walked over and showed her the bill and told her we had not been compensated for the first night. After going over to the desk, she called up the account on the computer and then stated looking through a log book. When I tried to show her my reservation, she snapped that she had to go by what was in "here" (indicating the log book). She did compensate us for one night, so the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. April 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service and friendly greeting on arrival We are snowbirds and try to get as far as Charlotte area when heading north. Needless to say, at the end of the day, we are tired and looking forward to relaxing before completing our journey the next day. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived-the room was clean and comfortable, vending machines were conveniently located. Breakfast menu choices were numerous. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable but no sleep This is a pet friendly hotel. My experience was that dogs barked all night long on my hallway. Guest services could really not do anything about the barking except advise the other guest. Did not help. I suggested putting those with dogs on one hall and those without on another. Stay would be fabulous if just a few guests would be so coureous as to keep their dogs quiet. April 10, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel, friendly staff. The entrance to this hotel is a bit difficult to find, but once inside, the staff is excellent and the hotel is clean. It's close to food options and a bit of shopping. A great stop-over hotel off from the interstate. April 8, 2015
