Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service We had a very clean room and the staff were all friendly. We had our dog with us and was on first floor so we could take her in and out as needed. The breakfast is good here. This is our second time staying here. They have a fast check in and check out. When we return next year to watch our grandson race at GO PRO MOTORPLEX, we will stay there again. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Small improvements and we could give all "excellents" This was a good place to stay, but there were 2 things that would have made the visit great. One of the reasons that I enjoy Holiday Inn Express is because of their comfortable beds and their " firm" pillows. Unfortunately, my experience at this facility and others has been that there no longer is a "firm" pillow. They are thin and lumpy. It is time for new pillows! My other issue involved my allergies. The kitchen staff let me look at the cereal packaging but the containers had no listed ingredients. Allergens should be available at least to the staff. April 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room not per Reservation When we arrived at 9:30 PM our room for 2 adults and 1 teenage girl, with 2 Queen beds turned out to be a single King, Accessible room. The desk clerk was seemed very unconcerned at first and just kept repeating that they did not have any 2 queen rooms left and that they were booked for the night. When asked if everyone had checked in, she stated that only two parties had not checked in, but they were king rooms also. When I insisted that something had to be done due to our granddaughter being in the room with us, she finally offered to compensate us for the room the first night and add a roll away bed. This, I found to be acceptable. However, when I received the bill under the door two days later for check out, we had not been compensated for either of the two nights stay. I went down the hall to the desk and the night clerk was sitting in the breakfast area. After a few seconds she said "Can I help you? I'm over here." She never attempted to come to the desk so I walked over and showed her the bill and told her we had not been compensated for the first night. After going over to the desk, she called up the account on the computer and then stated looking through a log book. When I tried to show her my reservation, she snapped that she had to go by what was in "here" (indicating the log book). She did compensate us for one night, so the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. April 16, 2015
