Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Atmosphere Staff is very accommodating, as far as the hotel itself it is older and could use some TLC. I will stay again if the occasion arises. I have been her for 3 months and have no complaints. It would be nice to have better TV channel selections. I'm not a big fan of cable. Again GREAT STAFF November 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 3rd floor smells like a wet musty basement we reserved the king suite with the fireplace which was on the 3rd floor.when we got off the elevator the smell was bad but when we opened the door to our suite the smell was overwhelming.Stay away from the 3rd floor. our room was changed to a first floor king room, not a suite although we were charged for a suite. we were woken up by a poodle barking at 6am. Our room wasn't cleaned until 3pm and that was after going to the front desk and asked if our room could be cleaned. This is obviously the way they operate because we had to ask that our room be cleaned at a reasonable time, not late afternoon. If it wasn't for talking to one of the housekeepers whose name is Becca our room wouldn't be cleaned until 3-4pm. She is a doll and cleaned our room, even though it wasn't her room to clean. Breakfast is very good and Barbara is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. Mattress was old and the pillows were like an old pillow that is all used up.I was talking to some people who were staying in king suites on the 2nd floor and they surely didn't have a room like ours.So if you do stay at this hotel get a room on the 2nd floor otherwise I wouldn't waste your money. If it wasn't for the staff at this hotel I would of given it a 2 star rating.very disappointed November 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very good overall stay very good overall stay. sam at front desk was friendly and very quick with check in. breakfast was on far with all the other hi express out there, but i think it's time for hi to add a new variety to it's menu. the only negative during my stay was minor: a slow elevator during descending. it would take you down quickly nearly all the way, then take 7-12 seconds for the last 5 inches.
