Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Loud refrigerator Overall the bed was comfortable and there was little noise from outside the room. The room was musty and the refrigerator was very loud and woke wife and myself up thruought the night. At first I thought it was the A/C unit but in retrospect, it was the refrigerator. There was no staff at the counter for checking out so had to leave prior to confirming the bill. May 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very pleasant surprise! We usually stay in another chain's motels but they have none in this location. We were very favorably impressed by this Holiday Inn Express and will likely use it again. At first things didn't look great as we discovered that the room had no alarm clock. The night clerk (we arrived late) was quick to apologize and performed a successful search for one. The only other issue which marred the stay was that the toilet was not properly installed or had been damaged, causing it to rock slightly forward or back depending on how one sat on it. This caused a loud noise when one stood up on completion of use. We reported it on leaving and were assured it would be repaired. May 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Too bad the room wasn't clean The front desk people were great. Very friendly. The breakfasts were great. But the room was dirty. Hair in the shower, Hair in the sink. Dusty room and they didn't vacuum between nights. There was also a wet towel stuck between two dry towels in the bathroom. May 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Although my stay was overall good, the front desk did lack in experience. I you need anything, make sure you ask for "Sam" . She is extremely knowledgeable in the check in and check out procedures. I did have a few issues due to lack of experience. They were very courteous though. Sam knows the areas surrounding the hotel and provided excellent overall customer service. May 17, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Black Mold in Bathroom Attempts were made to mask black mold and mildew that was above the shower unit. The base of the shower was smooth and the motel does not provide matts to prevent slipping. The mattress was very uneven and uncomfortable. It probably was past due for replacement. April 30, 2015
