The staff at this property was very unattenttive of my needs and the fact that I drove 10 hours to arrive. I was given a hard time checking in and I was shocked they didnt want to accept cash. The lady at the front desk was kinda rude and the rooms were average at best. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on how I was treated

The hotel is fine and the staff excellent.
What I really did not like is to have breakfast with plastic cutlery and eating from styrofoam plates, this is very poor, also considering your environmental footprint!

The rooms could use some updating but the staff is the most courteous and accomodating I've ever experienced! The breakfast was awesome and the dining area kept clean. Thanks to Melinda and her staff for going over and above to make our stay enjoyable.

FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT ACCOMODATIONS. A LITTLE RUN DOWN LOOKING IN THE ROOMS (PAINT, CAULK, ETC) COMFORTABLE BEDS/BEDDING. ALARM CLOCK DIDN'T WORK AND TV PROGRAMMING IS SOMEWHAT CONFUSING.

If you are looking for a nice clean room and friendly receptionist/staff, this is the place. Convenient to Beaufort, Atlantic beach, The Aquarium, etc.

We stayed here twice in a two week period and will stay again in the near future. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was extremely friendly.

Please refer to my earlier review in the survey. I remembered that the card key to my room started acting up on the second day of my stay. No sooner had I reported this to the front desk, than Bill (the maintenance guy, I believe is his name) was notified and he promptly replaced the lock on the door. I even had my check out pushed back by half-an-hour since I could not complete my business in time on the day of check-out.

The lady that took the reservation and checked us in was extremely pleasant and friendly while still staying very professional.
