Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff All Smiles & Focused On Service This is my Hotel of preference when I am in the Moreno Valley area. From Management to Housekeeping dealing with the staff here is a wonderful experience balanced with letting you know they are there to help without being over aggressive thus allowing you to enjoy the peace and comfort of your stay. I've been coming here for nearly four years on at least a hundred stays and only had one mishap with a door lock battery malfunction. It was one day I was not in the best of moods to begin with but they made efforts where others would not to not only make it right, but explain to me what happened and how they do try to anticipate. That said, my overall experience with staying here outweighs one simple mishap. I've stayed at hotels all over the country but can say I feel as close to home here than anywhere else but home. The General Manager here is an exceptional host and it reflects in his staff. I am a Quality Manager by trade and can say Customer Focus is alive and well here, not to mention the rooms are not to bad either. June 23, 2015
