Overall this hotel is clean and well kept. The biggest problem is no sound proofing in the rooms. If you have a neighbor that is going in and out of their rooms all night don't plan on getting much sleep. The rooms air conditioning worked well but with all hotels moisture is a problem.

While traveling east to N.J. along I-79, we look for Hiexpress hotels. This facility exceeded our expectations. We will stay here again on future trips east. Thank you for a good night's sleep after 12 hour day in the car.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and beds and pillows were amazing. They gave complimentary pancakes at night and a great breakfast in the morning. The only thing I didnt like, which I didnt use, but I went in to see was the pool. The smell of chlorine was so high I couldn't breath but it was very clean.

My visit was great, the room was clean the staff friendly, however I left my home keys and did not realize it until I had returned home, in Oklahoma.
I called to ask if they would mail the keys and was told no I would have to come and pick them up in person. I advised the girl on the phone I lived in Oklahoma and the hotel is in West Virginia. I was told they still would not send them even after I offered to pay the postage. additionally there was no one in management I could talk with until the next Monday.
A call to IHG rewards customer service was needed to get any action. They advised the hotel would mail the keys if I would pay postage. The hotel was to email me so I could provide a means of payment. Next day no email so I called and gave my credit card so they could send the keys.
Waiting to see what happens.
