Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Cleanliness Hotel seems to be losing its high standard I expect from IHG-- The last couple of times the room has not been as clean as I would like. Especial on the second or third night. Also the breakfast hot items are cold. Overall I feel the hotel has lost its attention to detail. August 3, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed!!! As an avid HIE patron, I was disappointed at the experience we had. The young kid that checked me in on a late Saturday night was friendly and helpful, yet seemed surprised that an Platinum member was even there. On Sunday morning my wife went down to sit in the hot tub of this "brand new" hotel only to find out there wasn't one. Not usually a big issue for me but pretty important for her. When she inquired about the hot tub the desk attendant was ignorant and condescending to her, and made her extremely angry. After returning to the hotel that night we discover that housekeeping had made the bed but neglected to change the sheets, when we found a hand towel in the bed that we had used that morning, and then noticed the sheets were stained to and just didn't notice the night before. We checked out 3 days early and will not be staying there again. I'm glad i only used some of my reward points for the stay and didn't actually pay to stay. August 1, 2014

If your room is unsuitable no effort will be made to correct it and do not expect to find a manager to address your concerns or discomforts...they do not work week ends! July 23, 2014
