Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable, clean, modern rooms and friendly service Worn out from a long day of driving, I made an online reservation for Morrilton HI Express about 10 minutes from when I would arrive. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant person behind the desk who quickly and efficiently checked me in. I also asked about somewhere to find dinner and was given directions to a place the I enjoyed. The room was very clean and comfortable and modern. It was a good size room with a good sized and well equipped bathroom. My only gripe is that the air conditioner would not go below 65 degrees. Being from a high-altitude town in Colorado on the edge of winter, 65 degrees was a little warm to me and I had trouble falling and staying asleep. May 20, 2016

Everything is modern and up to date. The breakfast was good and on time. The service desk attendants were courteous and efficient. I have stayed here several times and never been disappointed! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great first impression. Bad IHG recognition Pulled into parking lot and was like wow. Walked into lobby blown away. Greeted well and bubbly person at counter. IHG recognition of platinum member. Given room key and room number and sent on my way. No offer to upgrade room. Tell me you either have a room upgrade or you don't. Either way its ok. But before you respond. The parking lot is empty. The other suggestion I could make is offer a plate of cookies or a bowl of candy. Something to get the buzz going in the beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Turn the lights on and create atmosphere. Do something to let business people gather and show that your creating an on the road experience. I hope you take these suggestions to heart and try not to defend yourself. Honor your IHG members and road warriors. So they will create a buzz that will carry you long into the future. April 27, 2016
