Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Already recommended We have already mentioned how pleasant our stay with you was. A friend is going to pass the word on to her daughter. We went up to Petit Jean and explored the area. It was beautiful and so nice to return to such a welcoming hotel. The pool was a bit cool for us, but than again that's us. Later that day we passed a family and their little boys were ready to jump in and have fun. Maybe it's an age thing! October 29, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by house keeping Our room had one partial roll of toilet paper on the roll with maybe 20 squares on it and NO additional extra rolls in the room. We did not discover this until late in the evening; called front desk and a roll was quickly brought to our room with the explanation that they had run short on paper. We did not understand the purpose of the button outside the door that said " This is a Handicap Room. Press for 5 seconds." We did not press the button because we did not know what would result. Would the door open? Would someone come to assist us? We had not requested a Handicapped room. The room certainly was not equipped like a handicapped room; no hand rails in the bath/shower; extremely low toilet. Chrome reading/.laptop computer table in room was warped and wobbled if we tried to use it. We enjoy and like Holiday Inn hotels and will continue to stay in them. October 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed!!! As an avid HIE patron, I was disappointed at the experience we had. The young kid that checked me in on a late Saturday night was friendly and helpful, yet seemed surprised that an Platinum member was even there. On Sunday morning my wife went down to sit in the hot tub of this "brand new" hotel only to find out there wasn't one. Not usually a big issue for me but pretty important for her. When she inquired about the hot tub the desk attendant was ignorant and condescending to her, and made her extremely angry. After returning to the hotel that night we discover that housekeeping had made the bed but neglected to change the sheets, when we found a hand towel in the bed that we had used that morning, and then noticed the sheets were stained to and just didn't notice the night before. We checked out 3 days early and will not be staying there again. I'm glad i only used some of my reward points for the stay and didn't actually pay to stay. August 1, 2014

If your room is unsuitable no effort will be made to correct it and do not expect to find a manager to address your concerns or discomforts...they do not work week ends! July 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room but not really good service. I've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express and really enjoyed it but this stay wasnt a pleasant one. First of all, they didnt have my reservation ready when I checked in. Next, I booked there 2 nights for work ,and they somehow messed up and had me checked out right after the frist night. The people in the room right acrossed the hall kept walking in and out the whole night and were really loud. I called the front desk and asked for the "please be quiet" sign since there wasnt one in my room but I never got one. Lastly, they charged me a wrong card after I checked out even though I gave them my business AMX when I checked in. Also,they never greeted me as a gold member of IHG club. I may be a little difficult on this review but to be honest, after working long hours, these would be the very last things i wanted to deal with. Staff/Service needs to be improved. July 1, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by staff and service The manager, was very helpful, polite, and kind. There had been a lightning strike the night before our arrival and she notified us before arrival of the problems associated with the lightning strike. Some of our party arrived late, and even though we had guaranteed reservations there were no rooms available. The night desk clerk was not helpful, in fact was very rude and informed us that he could "unbook" our reservations at his discretion. Unlike what the manager had done, the desk clerk did not inform us that new problems had developed with some of the rooms. Communication and politeness could have prevented the problems encountered. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as before I have been down to Morrilton on business a few times now this month. The bed just wasn't as comfortable this time -- maybe just a different room. Being a Priority Club member, I have requested for late check outs, due to my schedule, and some how or some reason housekeeping keeps coming to the door! It's not the first time, but this particular stay they came 3 times. I even talked to management and they were going to talk to them. But they came back. Don't expect to not be bothered if you have a late checkout. March 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great pillows. Room was nice, good temperature control and fan speed. The bed was comfortable except to sit on...hard edge on the back of the legs. Great pillows! Breakfast was hectic , not enough seating. Not a big fan of powdered eggs and microwaved bacon or sausage. Cinnamon rolls were good but cold when put out. Needs a real kitchen! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Breakfast I just wanted to bring it to someone attention. that we were down there at 9:05am to eat breakfast and we waited until 9:25am for them to bring out some more food, because there wasn't but 2 sausage links out, 3 eggs and a little bit of gravy. So I got up and went to the front desk to ask if they were going to put out more food and the older lady at the counter, kind of got a little hateful and said "WELL IT IS CLOSE TO 9:30, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT", I told her never mind and we would just go eat at Hardee's. I just don't think that was professional at all of her to say something like that to me. They said breakfast is from 6:00am to 10:00am not 6:00am to 9:00am...Thanks February 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel, Large handicap room This hotel is about 1 year old and is very nice. Right by the interstate so at times it can be a little noisy, but not that bad. Was recognized as an IHG Ambassador but did not get an upgrade. In fact I got placed in a handicap room right by the elevator. Was not real happy about that but in the end the room was very nice. Very large room with a great bed. Strong internet connection in room. Did not look for a signal in public areas. Indoor pool. No ice machine on second floor. January 24, 2014
