Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Classy and Relaxing This hotel has little features that set it apart from the average. The fountain out front was relaxing and gave the hotel a touch of class. The real (not cheap plastic) coffee maker with K-cups in my hotel room was a step up from normal hotel accommodations. These were in addition to its meeting the standards of cleanliness and professionalism that one finds in many hotels. It is conveniently located without being in the middle of a lot of traffic. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fix the Equipment The staff is wonderful, breakfast is good, rooms are OK, internet is inoperable and workout room has been "temporarily" out of order for at least 12 weeks. Some of us need the workout facility for medical reasons. It is included in advertising, and should be available as claimed. Same with the internet. It is sometimes OK, but more and more often, it is unusable. Not happy with these things, but reiterate that the staff is top-notch. March 31, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Morristown Experience The stay at the Express was for business but I want to give my feedback on it. The room was more then adequate for my stay but I did notice some issues with it that caught my eye. -Wallpaper was peeling off in the room -Mattress for bed was extremely firm (it may have been just me) -The pillows were thin, feather pillows and not too comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful! When I couldn't find my IHG number they helped me out in looking it up. Thank you to them for that help! March 28, 2016
