Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good sleep, nice beds, warm breakfast! All I could want in a moderate priced hotel. Good one night special rate Saturday. (Went up by $20 on Sunday). Clean, comfortable, pleasant and helpful staff, And free breakfast including warnm eggs and bacon. Just scrambled at this one - was a tiny buit disappointed no omelet station like the last HI Express stay! February 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel I was very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room (a king bed room) was very large, comfortable, and very clean. Bathroom was large and well lit. The only downsides were related to the staff and the breakfast. At check-in, the woman at front desk was rude and her uniform did not look presentable. The breakfast was okay, there were a lot of food choices but very few of them were healthy and the lady working that area was less than motivated. She pretty much stood in the way of all the the guests as she took an incredibly long time to restock or wipe-up. February 17, 2014

Good to have reservation under these circumstances, since hotel filled up with others stuck at airport Nice breakfast. Poor selection in vending area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable for the Cisco Exams I selected the hotel mainly for the shuttle to Cisco and the airport. Shuttle works great. There are a couple of restaurants at walking distance in case you don't want a delivery. The staff is ready to help you to make your stay more comfortable and the rooms are clean. Sheets, mattress, pillows, ect. feels new. Will stay again here for my next trip to Raleigh/Durham. January 25, 2014

The staff did everything possible to insure the safety and comfort of guests during the blackout. The entire hotel was spotless, room comfortable, towels thick and soft, beds comfortable. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was delicious. (The English muffins were superb and the whipped butter was such a treat!) The staff at this location is a true asset to the company! January 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A night away Our first impression was not the best but I will overlook it for the reason that we all have challenging days- we waited much too long to check in while the one staff member available (3:15 pm check-in, not some strange hour of the day) was on the phone for a long while with a difficult client. Upon hanging up she shortly said, "Please step away so I can help the lady in front of you"- the words were kind but her tone was not- I stepped away for another very lengthy check in and sat down to watch TV for a bit. I honestly have never waited for so long to check into a hotel- of course my turn came and we were done in less than 2 min. Additional staff would have been helpful or another way to put more lengthy and difficult issues on hold. I would still go back again, the overall experience was still good. January 8, 2014

Nice options of all types of restaurants within 5-10 min. Very hospitable and responsive. Beds and pillows comfy and temps were easily adjustable. Some airplane noise but so close to airport for rental return or shuttle that worth the stay! An indoor pool jacuzzi would be nice addition..... January 5, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Going Downhill We have stayed at this location countless times over the last 4 years. As we travel for business 42 weekends a year.This hotel used to be very nice. I'm too sure what has happened, our room had a dead bug on the wall which remained all weekend (we left it when we saw it on Friday and it was still in plain view on Sunday when we checked out), there were used coffee stirrers on the floor, used spoons in the refrigerator. House keeping just straightened the coffee area up putting already opened napkin packages back in the coffee cups. December 25, 2013

Channel guide next to TV was not correct, very frustrating trying to find something to watch. Breakfast selection was bland and not hot. November 19, 2013

This is particularly true of Amanda who always seems to be working when I check in on Friday evening. The hotel is an ideal place to spend the night with it being right across the interstate from RDU. I have found this hotel to be more roomy-feeling lobby- and room-wise than the Hampton Inn next door, and I tend to stay at Hampton Inns more often. November 19, 2013
