this place is ideal for an overnight before using the R/D Airport. They let you park in the lot for FREE, and get you back and forth on the Inn's airport shuttle. The staff could not be more cheerful or helpful. Clean rooms, great beds, and very little airplane noise, so little in fact that i barely noticed it. I'll be back to this spot!! Nice job folks!!!!

Staff was attentive upon check-in, informative on hotel amenities.Offered a map of local dining ,as well as recommendations . Called room to offer a wake up call as we had mentioned we had an early flight. Would definitely stay here again!!

I've stayed at the HI express RDU many times and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is very hospitable and attentive - happy to pick me up from the car rental and bring me to my terminal in the morning. Check in is a breeze and I'm always warmly welcomed. The hotel is sparkling, comfortable and quiet - I always enjoy a restful night's sleep. The rate is very good. I click directly on the HI express website when traveling to Raleigh and book my stay without considering any place else!!

When we arrived we were greeted as Priory Club members. The facility was very clean and staff very helpful. The room was very clean and fresh.
Lot of eating places nearby and not far from the highway.
We will recommend this property - an excellent value for money.

The room overall was good. I've stayed in just about all of the competitors in the general area and this was one of the smallest rooms for the price. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Very good service and comfortable and relax time.
However, there are few restaurants near by the hotel.
It is not convenience if I do not have a car.
But, I will stay again if I have a chance to visit Raleigh.

My son and I stayed at this hotel so we could fulfill his Christmas gift of going to a Duke basketball game. The staff at the hotel was more than helpful, especially the morning breakfast staff. That lady was one happy and helpful person!

Very much enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and bath was exceptionally so. The staff were all very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Conveniently located near the airport, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in future, and would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

We stay at this holiday inn express at least twice a year since we fly out of Raleigh-Durham airport and are able to leave our car. We appreciate and enjoy the professionalism of the staff. Love the good breakfast and look forward to it each time we stay.

My wife and I stayed here because we were going to a concert. The staff went out of their way to accomadate our every need. Including a ride to and from the concert. They get a 10 out of 10 in our book.

We arrived in the early evening very jet lagged after nearly 12 hours in airplanes. The staff was wonderful, picking us up at the airport and even helping to get heavy luggage to our room. We had stayed there before leaving and had parked our car there for just over two weeks. (There was no charge.) When we left after breakfast, they helped load the luggage.
I only have two 'complaints'. The "soft" pillows are not very soft, and three of the four breakfast cereals on the bar are sugar coated.

We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Morrisville after a five hour flight. The staff was great when we arrived. The clerk had the keys for both rooms already on the counter for speedy check in. She offered to look up my priority information so I would receive my points.
Bed was very comfortable. Noise was minimal so we rested very peacefully!

It is one of the few hotels where I've stayed that I wasn't afraid to walk on the bathroom floor. It was spotless.
Our room was at the end of the hall and very quiet. We had been at NCCU for a tour and UNC-State. Was so tired, but had no trouble sleeping for the next day of moving around.
I was worried that maybe the planes might bother me, but I heard a plane only 2 times over a 2 night stay. Easy to find.

I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express (HIE) and stayed at 5 different ones during my two week working vacation across North Carolina. They were all what you expect in terms of cleanliness and value. I only have one thing bad to say about this HIE and I think it is a big one. They had horrible wi-fi connectivity! This is especially embarrassing for a hotel next to one of the major hi-tech areas in the country. Calls to the front desk only received the response that they would contact someone who was remotely based to reboot the system. What a joke and an insult! It would have been better for them to have said they could do nothing.
I will continue to prefer HIE over other hotels but not this particular one.

The benefit of staying in this location outweighed the cost. I would recommend this location. It was in close enough proximity to the airport and the three major Universities.
