The hotel is a good hotel and easy to access off of the highway. However, upon bringing an issue with our TV and room temp to the attention of the staff, nothing was done.

Good place to stay near the airport. Lots of choices nearby for restaurants. Bed was comfortable but pillows a little worn. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast choices were good. Noise from outside the hotel prevented good sleep but I guess that's to be expected from a hotel at the airport. Overall no complaints and would stay again.

I have stayed here twice now. Very convenient to airport. You can park your car safely while you're away and take a shuttle for free. Breakfast is nice too.

I have stayed at this particular property at least a dozen times over the past several years. I am basically a leisure traveler and frequently fly out of RDU. This HIX has consistently provided my companions and me with excellent customer service and clean, comfortable accommodations. Just one example from my recent stay: my companion and I just returned from a long flight through dreadful weather conditions and we were picked up by the hotel shuttle after a call and a brief wait. We did look a little bedraggled when we walked into the lobby and the woman at the front desk recognized us from staying the night before our trip, and said "Ms. *, we have everything ready for you." We confirmed our reservation paperwork, she had our key cards ready to go, and we were in our room within 2 minutes of walking into the lobby. That kind of personal contact after a tense flight made us immediately feel taken care of. That is the kind of customer service we have come to look forward to each time we make a reservation at this hotel. Well done. You have truly earned our future business. And the beds were heavenly. Thank you.

This location offered prompt and professional shuttle service. Restaurants are within walking distance as well.
