I used the airport shuttle before and after my flight and stayed overnight at the end of my trip. The staff were professional, helpful, and very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I'll use this hotel again!

While the overall value is good for the area, etc., the internet connection was terrrible...during the evening and even the next morning...until I checked out after noon. The systems was not only slow but dropped my computer numerous times. Sorry but It's not the place for a business person.

And while you're there, eat at the great italian place about two miles from there ~ Babymoon Cafe. You won't be disappointed there either!

Great stay good value. As traveling retirees, a pet friendly hotel is a priority for us. Also like the free breakfasts.

Nice hotel. Great value. The only issues I had was I wish the air conditioning fan ran all the time. It is obviously an economy style so therefore shuts off. I had a hard time falling asleep due to the fact of no fan running. Other than that. Great place.

We have been staying with Holiday Inn Express for at least 15 years (park and fly) and have no complaints. It is perfect every year, even the manager remembers us by name and where we are going on vacation.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Worst night in many years.
Could not sleep. City was re paving street right in front of the hotel. They worked from midnight till pass the time I had to leave to the airport. While the hotel can not set the working schedule, at least the front desk person should alert customers when I checked in at 7pm the night before, so I could have chosen a more quiet place. Business are business regardless the customer's comfort. I will never go back to this hotel.

Room heating unit and refrigerator made very load sound fan noises during the night - a symptom of neglect in terms of maintenance.
Room keys failed work on door lock. The keys needed to be issued 3 separate times, wherein I received a lecture from from the night manager on the proper storage of keys away from magnets (REALLY?). Again, this symptomatic of improper maintenance.
This hotel is a complete loss due to the staff and their lack of concern regarding customer reports of existing issues with the facilities. This is evident in the poor operation of the components within the facility (I.e. Problems are not not being reported and resolved by hotel staff).
I cut my losses and went to the Staybridge Suites about a block down the street (a nice property and staff by the way). I know these properties are owned by the same investment group (Daly Seven), so the issues with this property lay in the localized management.

The great personalities of the Recption staff were overshadowed by the outdated and not working exercise equipment. Treadmill did not work, eliptical made ugly noises when using it, bicycle was in need of lubrication and repair.

Such a wonderful experience twice now to stay the night before an early flight out of RDU. Shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel when traveling and free parking while we are gone. Great service.

Location is ok if you need to get to/from the airport, but the hotel is not located near the downtown Raleigh area at all. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the room itself was just ok. I stayed two nights (in different rooms each night) and one of the rooms was right by the stairwell door and side building door so there was a lot of noise. Also, the breakfast options are very limited, and when I was there the fresh fruit option (bananas) were not even ripe. I would prefer there be more fruit choices available as well, since eating healthful food should be an essential part of each breakfast.

this place is ideal for an overnight before using the R/D Airport. They let you park in the lot for FREE, and get you back and forth on the Inn's airport shuttle. The staff could not be more cheerful or helpful. Clean rooms, great beds, and very little airplane noise, so little in fact that i barely noticed it. I'll be back to this spot!! Nice job folks!!!!

Staff was attentive upon check-in, informative on hotel amenities.Offered a map of local dining ,as well as recommendations . Called room to offer a wake up call as we had mentioned we had an early flight. Would definitely stay here again!!
