Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay during hectic trip Came to Morton to move my father into a nursing home. We had a very busy weekend packing up his belongings and making decisions on what to keep, etc. Your facility is very nice and proved to be a refuge at the end of several long days. We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable suite and made use of the pool room and hot tub. The staff was excellent and everything was clean and presentable. Will definately stay here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Execellent Hotel for the money We stayed at this hotel because our daughter was playing in a softball tournament. The only issue we had was getting in our room at 2 am when we returned from the softball game. Our key wouldn't work and we were on our 3 set of keys. The front desk clerk immediately came up with the machine to let us in but we had to constantly have someone in the room in order for us be able to get in the room because the lock was messed up. That was the only issue we had. The breakfast selection was great. The rooms were comfortable. The beds were great and the bathrooms were clean. March 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NO REFRIGERATOR AND 9 FOOT SHOWER HEAD I am a Platinum Elite traveler. Nice hotel. Quiet, clean and a good staff. But I look for certain amenities in all Holiday Inns and other places where I am staying. This is a newer hotel and they had no refrigerator in the room which makes the stay somewhat more of a challenge and then the shower head is at 9 foot tall. This defeated the shower head and was like being in a rain storm. Thankfully I am a taller individual and was able to reach the head to reposition it. Anyone not as tall was going to have to work for it. Overall a nice hotel except for these concerns. March 14, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty average When I arrived the property was clean and well lit. The service at the front desk for check in was good. When I stepped off of the elevator one of the two light fixtures in the ceiling was burned out so it was somewhat dark in the hallway. My room was pretty nice. The fitted bed sheet was coming off of one of the corners as the bed was not made very well. The bathroom was clean. The biggest pain came at 6:00AM when a wake up call came...that I didn't ask for. I was hoping to sleep until 7:00AM. I can imagine that the person who was expecting an early wake up was shocked when he/she woke up late. March 7, 2016
