Been coming to this Holiday Inn for years and stay there mostly because it's about the only choice. The rooms are fine , the staff is great, but the breakfast is terible and I feel the price has gotten out of hand. Being it is almost always full, obviously most people don't agree with me on these points.

I travel extensively for business and have always had brand loyalty to Holiday Inn. I visit the Moses Lake Holiday Inn frequently. I'm always satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. Those are the two reasons that keep me coming back. However, I'm on the fence about recommending this hotel because I stay there so often and the few irritations are the same every time. The breakfast variety and quality of food is not to my standard and I choose to eat elsewhere. The most annoying thing is the slow internet connection in the evenings. As a business traveler I rely on the evenings in my hotel room to get work done. Last week it took 15 minutes for the server to attach a document to an email. The connection is slow, intermittent, and often stops working. This has happened on numerous occasions and the front desk staff can't offer any explanation or help. I'm considering trying a different hotel the next time I'm in Moses Lake to see if it's any better elsewhere. It also seems to be a bit more expensive than other central Washington Holiday Inns.

I stay at Holiday Inn as my choice of hotels both for personal time and company time and I usually am met by positive people who greet you and talk to you as a guest. When my partner from work and I arrived for our nights stay in Moses Lake after spending 3 nights in the Holiday inn at Spokane Valley I was surprised to be met by a person who did not look happy and was very short in her conversation with us. I understand that we all have rough days, but when you are in the service business a positive some what talkative person helps guests feel wanted. I felt like she couldn't wait to get us away from her so that she could go on to doing what ever it was she was doing before we arrived. I was happy to see a more positive person at the desk when I checked out the next morning. I also was not greeted with any type of Prioity club member packet, which I also enjoy.

We brought our basketball team to Moses Lake for a tournament and all stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The swimming pool was clean and warm, the breakfasts had plenty of food and was warm and the staff was as always attentive to our every need.

First time staying at this Holiday Inn. Was a great experience! We stopped in on our way to Silverwood in Idaho and may have to do so the next time we head that way. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. Great value!
