Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not very welcoming I recently stayed at this location on my family vacation on our way home. We stayed specifically at a Holiday Inn Express due to a recommendation. The staff was not welcoming. We asked for a cot and we're charged $10 extra, the guys wheeled it in, opened it up, drop a clear bag with linens and the pillow and said "here you go". The hallways were dirty. The bathtub looked so gross we didn't want to bathe our kids. Overall, don't stay here if you have options. If not, the breakfast is good. July 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay We stopped at this hotel after seeking to stay in another town but everything was booked up. We were very pleased that we ended up here. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and the server was very attentive. The staff tried their best to make our check-in and check-out as easy and simple as possible. We of course were most thankful for this as we were exhausted from a 13 hour drive. Next time we take this trip we will make a point of staying at this hotel on our trip home. July 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT beds First time I've stayed at a hotel that offered choices in pillows. This overnight stay was very unexpected due to interstate car troubles, its the 1st place we saw. So glad we did. Very clean, nice staff, fresh towels and linens, great pool for my kids. Made the inconvenience not so bad after all! July 8, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not Bad, but... The room was very comfortable, I always appreciate when room includes a refrigerator and a microwave. The full breakfast was definitely a big plus. But, I feel the staff lacks service a little bit. I had purchased a plate for traveling purposes, the plate had not been used and it had the sticker of purchase, yet the cleaning staff took it, I'm assuming they thought it belonged to the hotel. I called the front desk to report the issue to see if they will locate my plate, but I never heard back from them regarding this issue. Also, my coffee was never refilled in my room, I was glad I was able to get coffee at the breakfast in the lobby. June 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Stay Often when staying in a hotel we find something that is not up to a standard we believe we've paid for. However, this was a rare exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed a great nights sleep. The housekeeping service had left a "towel cridder" on the bed and one at the pool as well. We felt as though this staff had gone beyond the "norm" to make our stay there a good experience. Thank you to all those who work together to make this hotel experience a pleasant memory. June 23, 2014
