I loved the breakfast choices and to-go options. However, while I was there, the wifi was down the entire 3 days I stayed there. August 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Bathroom/Guest Service Awesome The bathroom in my first room 319 I think that's the correct RM number, the toilet was used and not flushed, with stains on the set of the toilet. NOT NICE. Guest Services was AWESOME, the young lady responded quickly to make sure I was happy, and assigned me to RM 213, however I took pictures of the first room, and gave it to the clerk, hoping to receive a call from the hotel manager, but that never happened. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Internet issues I am an IHG rewards member and I have stayed at this hotel many times. I have had issues in the past in which they rectified. This time they put me in a room on the 4th floor and the last one down the hall. I travel on business so internet access is important. The WiFi signal was weak and also constantly dropped out so I called the front desk. She stated that she will contact an outside company. I talked with them and they stated that there was nothing they can do. I asked the lady at the desk and she said that the hotel was booked and I should come down to the lobby to do my work. This was approx. 3:30pm and the hotel was not full at that time. I have a great deal of paperwork so going down to the lobby was a big hassle so I had to use my phones hotspot feature to get my work done and that can be quite expensive.. The lady at the desk stated that "I gave you a 1000 points and that's all I can do". Overall the hotel was nice but being a business traveler I need internet connection. July 2, 2014

Had I not been using award points, I might have stayed closer to the interstate, but was looking for a place to get the most bang for my buck. Hotel commons and room was clean. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recent Stay In Moultrie There are many more hotels in Moultrie but few can compare to the comfort of the Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast is varied and has many choices. The beds are firm and there are soft and firm pillows to satisfy most needs. I would not consider staying at any other location in Moultrie the next time i travel in the area. June 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A dream come true After 5 nights staying on Disney property, I stopped at at the Moultrie Holiday Inn express exhausted. The manager made me feel welcome, check in was easy and speedy and I was in my room in 10 minutes. By far, my nights rest was the best I have had in a hotel in years, room was clean and comfortable, bed was heavenly, and the TV was flat screen and great picture. This was my first experience with the Holiday Inn group and I have just booked a 3 night stay at another Holiday Inn Express in Florida. What a relief to find the perfect hotel, with a wonderful room, warm and engaging staff who WANT to make sure you have a great stay. Love it! May 7, 2014

We called and a very nice young lady answered and was able to find us a room for the night in spite of the website showing no vacancy. The room was very comfortable and just what we needed after driving for several hours. The hotel looks to be brand new. April 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and Comfy bed and pillows If you want value and all over excellent service and comfort this is the place, I loved the idea that they had stuff to put in the microwave and drinks and snacks you could buy at the front dest at reasonable prices then using a venting machine, always a pain to try to find change. The bed was so comfy and wonderful two style pillows firm and soft wonderful combo. The room was clean and things were quite, Indoor pool was warm and inviting with clean towel right at the pool. The staff was beyond professional and nice. Stay here and enjoy you wont regret. March 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel! I had to ask how old the hotel was and was told it was around 5 years old. It seemed brand new! Very clean, very well maintained And nicely decorated hotel. There isn't much around it, but that's an advantage because it keeps things quiet. It's not too far away from modern conveniences, though. I will definitely be staying here again! January 29, 2014

Utilized the fitness center and the breakfast was good. My only complaint was during check-in the front desk wanted to make a copy of my military ID (used to get my rate), of course I refused. Everything went good but this is a policy the hotel needs to change. I was ready to go to a different hotel if needed. I would return to this hotel should I stay in Moultrie again. December 16, 2013

Pool and spa area was very nice and clean, warm and pleasant with plenty of seating. My new number one hotel for staying in a 40 mile radius of Moultrie. Food was typical fast breakfast food for a free breakfast. Fresh fruit included with breakfast. December 9, 2013

I travel for work, and have stayed at many 5 star hotels, and wasn't treated as well as I was with this group. The front desk group really is dedicated to customer service, and doing everything they can for their guests. Jaiden specifically during my stay, went above and beyond for me, setting me up with fresh baked goods for my morning seminar, and he even got cups and coffee donated for my class. I will certianly be back to visit this entire group soon! Great, Clean amentities, wonderful location! November 22, 2013
