Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always nice This is always a great location and I always say here if they are not booked. And they are often booked, so when I know I will be in the Nashville area, I book my room as soon as I can. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nicely appointed furniture and lighting. They even have the warm compact fluorescent lighting in all fixtures so the rooms aren't the cheap, blaring, blue-white of some locations (a pet peeve of mine!). The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and keep the good food coming. They also have a pancake machine, which makes it nice to have fresh hot pancakes in the morning! October 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff very nice and helpful and a great nights sleep Were in town to be at the hospital the next day for someone having surgery. Was able to get the hotel for one night. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel more. The hotel was very appealing. Close to everything we needed. Had a good nights sleep without any noise or complications. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient If you want to stay away from Nashville proper, this hotel is very conveniently located. Traffic can be very heavy at morning and evening rush hours, and Providence Mall also generates a lot of traffic, but it still beats downtown traffic. We have stayed at this hotel several times, and always enjoy our stay. It is starting to show signs of aging and wear and tear from daily use. The only complaint I would have on our last stay was that the bathroom was not really all that clean. It was what I call a surface clean, but there was hair in the corner on the floor, there was a hair in the tub, and there was a bottle of conditioner or lotion between the vanity and the wall that was never removed. Oh, and the drain stopper in the tub would not stay up, so we got to take a bath at the same time as our showers. Overall, I would recommend this hotel; we will stay here on our next trip. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Generally good experience Some minor deficiencies. The bathroom door did not close, and the bathroom vent did not work. For breakfast one day, there were no boiled eggs and no sausage. The next day, there were no bananas. The front desk was not staffed at several points. The television in the Exercise Room did not work. October 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay We recently spent five nights at the Holiday Inn Express Mt. Juliet and it was a very pleasant experience. We were in the Nashville area on a real vacation, our first as empty nesters, and chose the Mt. Juliet location based on reviews from others as well as cost. We definitely felt that we made the right choice and we would definitely stay there again; as a matter of fact, I have already recommended it to one of my co-workers. By the way, although we didn't take advantage of it, we were told that they have an indoor saltwater pool ! October 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay heading home.... Arrived later in the evening on a rainy night in Nashville. I was welcomed as a loyalty guest and left to bring in my bags using a cart. Given the area tornado warning, I thought it might be worth mentioning emergency procedures for the hotel. The room was fine and very much like the other HIE rooms I've stayed in. Nothing remarkable during the evening stay. The breakfast was ok. No bacon or sausages - which was different from the last HIE I stayed at. The pancakes were fine - but the consistency was different. There was also no sugar free syrup. My bill was left under the door and it was accurate. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the areas. If you are looking to stay in Nashville - this hotel is about 20 minutes east of the big city - so take that into consideration when you are selecting your property. October 17, 2014
