Super clean room and very efficient staff! Would definitely stay there again when traveling through Nashville. Much cheaper than hotels at the airport exit.

It was a very nice stay. The bed was a little hard and the toilet tissue was tough. Beyond that the hotel was decorated nicely and the maid service was exceptional. The was a large group of teen boys and their families staying for football playoffs and they cleaned out the breakfast bar. The staff trying to keep the food supplied was very patient and efficient.

Since I spend a lot of nights out on the road, choosing a place that I like has not always been an easy task - until I started staying here at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff here know me by name/face, they know my family, they are always accomodating, and always have gone above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Out of all the many hotels in the Nashville area, this Holiday Inn Express has truely become my "home away from home". Thank you, staff!

I happen to be sick when I arrived and stayed in the room for 3 days straight. Could not eat hardly at all. My daughter brought me some soup from the grocery store. I was able to keep it fresh in the nice refrigerator and warm it up in the microwave. The room was very nice and could relax and recoup. Thank you

very nice 3 day stay,we came in for our son's wedding reception in Nashville, we had two rooms for 5 of us we ate a decent breakfast every morning ,nice area very good restaurants and shopping right next door can't beat it, we would definitely recommend them to anyone for a visit in the Nashville area.

We held a small conference and between the room setup and the service to our WWII women veterans, this place is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Holiday Express is the hotel for me and my family from now on.

WAVES National Regional convention was held at Holiday Inn, Mt. Juliet, TN last weekend. We arrived a little early and could understand our rooms might not be ready but we did not expect that the handicapped room had been given away when our 93 year old WWII Woman Veteran had reserved it and spoken with the hotel staff about the room. But oh yes, John the Manager told us that the room had been given away and there wasn't a lot he could do. He had the most callous attitude. Thank goodness that Marty the maintenance genius found enough parts to put a handicapped chair and hand held shower into a room for this wonderful woman Veteran. It's a good thing she only brought her walker because her scooter wouldn't fit into the room and definitely not into the bathroom. John's attitude and behavior left a very sour taste in the mouths of the woman Veterans, thankfully Marty saved the day and the trip. The rest of the staff was amazingly nice and helpful. John could take lessons from all of them. Would I stay here again? No.

Stayed in this hotel one night. It is brand new, at least appearing. King suite was very nice. Bed had soft and firm pillows, wifi access, nice tv, port for an iPod on the alarm clock. Smelled clean. I'm VERY picky/germ freak and had no issues walking barefoot in the room or relaxing in the bed.
Located maybe 13 mile drive from Opry area, mall, etc. We were going to LP field/downtown so it was a little longer of a drive than I would have liked but if you need this hotel for other Nashville activities I completely recommend it. Right off the highway. Easy to find.
Bathroom could have definitely been equipped with a vent. When I got out of the shower the beautiful vanity was literally dripping water as were the walls, mirrors, and appliances. So my stuff I had brought into the room was also soaked.
Full breakfast was fabulous. Everyone seemed to pick to take advantage of this though and there could have been more seating.

Holiday Inn beds are so hard, it was like trying to sleep on a piece of plywood. Worst ever. Employees were nice. Had two small partials of toilet paper and ran out before housekeeping cleaned room. Guests should not run out of toilet paper and if the rolls are small partials, at least leave a new roll.

While nothing was inferior or even mediocre, this hotel wasn't up to the standards we have come to expect from Holiday Inns Express: cookies & beverages on arrival,attentive staff. We had stayed at the facility in Evanston,Ill a few days prior & I guess they spoiled us for other facilities. Check out their customer service & amenities.They really make you feel refreshed & ready for the rest of your trip.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff couldn't be more wonderful. The hotel is located next to a huge shopping center with a variety of restaurants and a great choice of stores. Everything is perfect for a weary traveler. Would highly recommend this location.

Clean and comfortable and QUIET. Lots of potential to be an outstanding property. I am in a hotel 100+ nights a year - and this was clearly a well maintained property. But it was missing the things that make it comfortable for a business traveler.
Did not recognize me as priority platinum. When I asked for the goody bag typical of all Holiday Inn Express at check-in, I was handed a scratch-off card and was told it would tell me what I won. More like a scratch and sniff because this is a "stinky" way to treat your loyal customers.
No newspaper. When I inquired at the front desk I was told "you have to request it." So I requested it and received one the next morning.
Breakfast missing the apples and banannas typical of most HIEs. Correction, there was one banana, but it was so bruised, no one would take it.
Obviously not the best way to treat loyal IHG customers - might stay here again, but will probably stay with "the otehr group" that I have status with - perhaps they treat their Diamond level better than this property treated Platinum.

Bed was very comfortable but the pillows lacked enough firmness for us. It is hard to find one like home. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I must have misunderstood the young man that checked us in on Saturday night. I thought he said breakfast started at 0600 AM, but when we got downstairs at 0615 AM breakfast was not ready nor was any one seen preparing the breakfast area. I must have missed the time. We were unable to linger any longer as we had a 14 hour driving day ahead of us and we just took off. This could have eliminated by a sign posted about breakfast hours in the room. Maybe there was and we missed it. This was one of the finest Holiday Inns we have stayed in this year. We would stay there again if we were passing through Nashville. Thank you.

This Holiday Inn Express met all our expectations.
Cleanliness, Comfort and Service.
Wish they had more fresh fruit and possibly Gluten Free cereal at the breakfast.

I love this hotel. When you walk in the lobby, you would swear it was a 5 star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about the hotel and the area. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfy and the sheets smelled fresh. The pool area was awesome; plenty of towels, and lots for windows to give it a nice open feeling. The only bad for this hotel was the breakfast. The selections was not very good; biscuits, gravy and eggs were the only hot items on the bar. Seemed a little strange that there was not any meat choice. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through the Nashville area.
