Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience This hotel was very attractive, clean and staffed with caring, helpful people who will go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. We needed an early check-in and were welcomed by a very helpful front desk attendant. We can't thank her enough for her help. The room was well maintained, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was the cleanest we have experienced in any hotel and stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. We felt like we were staying in a very high end luxury hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Mt. Pleasant-Scottdale area of PA. August 27, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not that nice Booked a non smoking King room but none were open. Front desk staff not to pleasant. Was not offered a bag points or even acknowledge Platinum status. Hotel was outdated with signs suggesting the use of stairs. Room wasn't to clean desk and table were sticky. Many signs around saying you couldn't drink or have anyone in your room. I would definitely recommend staying at the Mt Pleasant/Scottdale Holiday Inn Express if you are visiting in the area or just passing through and want to have a good nights sleep. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worth a few extra miles My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our way to vacation and were so impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the helpful attitude of the staff that we booked it again on our way home even though it was a few miles out of our way. The pillows were so comfortable we looked into the possibility of buying some for our own home. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through that area. August 19, 2014
