Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Expect more for the money I thought it was expensive for a Sunday night. We had just paid a little more for the total bill for four nights in another hotel. The biscuits at breakfast were hard and the bananas were very very ripe and there was no other fruit. I was disappointed to have a bath mat that should have been replaced long ago. It had threads hanging off one end. For the price of this room you would expect better bath towels and bath mat. The beds were comfortable. I had not stayed at this brand before and will not again. A couple of room issues but they were taken care of after we notified the GM the following morning. Based on the resolution and professional attitude, I would say this is a recommended property. We all make mistakes but the ability to recognize and take responsibility, then take action, is key. Good work Holiday Inn! January 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and convenient My wife and I stay at this hotel a few times every year when visiting nearby family. Its much easier to stay there then in a spare room or couch, as I always start the day with an excellent fresh sleep. Pillows and bed are fantastic, and there is an Applebees in the same parking lot. Its a great comfortable spot for an overnight stay. December 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Average hotel I stayed here for two consecutive weeks. During the first week, I stayed in one room where the shower was so difficult to turn on I almost broke it. Not a big issue so I didn't think much of it. The second week I stayed in a different room. I went out the first day and bought all my groceries for the week and put them in the refrigerator only to get to work the next day with a frozen lunch. I let the hotel know and asked them to fix it, but even after they turned the temperature down my food still stayed frozen the entire time. I was not offered any compensation or even an apology for ruining all of my food (salad does not freeze well). The room was clean and so overall the hotel wasn't horrible but they could definitely do better. November 25, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service I have stayed at this hotel several times; always been satisfied with the stay. I had left a jacket the last time I stayed, when I checked in this current stay they had it for me! The weather was changing getting colder and had planned to shop for some kind of jacket when settled. This is outstanding customer service!!! And saved big bucks, I would most certainly and will recommend this hotel. Thank-you. November 17, 2013
