Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stop Environ was homey and comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom linens were soft and fluffy. Thoses are the things improtant to me. Breakfast was provided and had a good variety. Both warm (pancakes, eggs and bacon) and cold (cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit) were provided. I'll return when I pass this way agian. April 21, 2013

We have stayed and many Holiday Inn's and Holiday Inn Express..BUT this place had THE MOST COMFORTABLE beds I have EVER slept in. IF I could I would have stuck it in my suitcase and taken them home. Both of us slept so well and were truly refreshed in the morning. March 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Priority Club Our experience was wonderful and the staff was great. A couple of bugs to work out as I am sure they will in time as i think this is a very new location. I loved the idea of having breakfast at Perkins but there was some confusion as to how to charge etc. I believe there was a new waitress. No recognition as to being Priority members. All and all a VERY nice hotel. Thank you. February 25, 2013

I always choose Holiday Inn Express when I can find one but wasnt sure what the quality would be due to being located in such a small town (compared to other places I have stayed). I was VERY happy with the hotel, room and staff. When in this area again I WILL stay at this location. January 2, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overcharged. While the hotel itself is nice, the management and overall office operations are horrible. I checked in late on Wednesday 11/21 and used the Express Check-out on Saturday 11/24. Almost a week later, I noticed my debit card had been charged twice for the room. When I called to inquire, I was first told I had stayed 6 nights instead of 3. Then I was told maybe the Express Check out didn't work (?) and I was charged for 6 nights. Finally, I was told that I was charged for 6 nights instead of the 3 that I actually stayed because I smoked in the room. It seems since they have your credit/debit card on file when you check in, they just charge you whatever and however they want. Even to write this review I had to use their check out date of 11/26 instead of the actual date of 11/24. I have stayed in hotels all over the USA and have never seen a hotel mis-charge someone like this one did. My recommendation is stay at a different hotel. November 29, 2012
