Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Front Desk and Manager was great
Had issue with my bed not made the third night and same night the bathroom toilet has rust or something that looked like it had been plunged & the tub had rust particles or sand. Went to front desk and when I told them the condition of my bathroom they said there was a leak on the third floor. The next night when I went in my bathroom floors had not been swept and I told them about spider webs on the walls in the bedroom area.
Management was great with me on my issues and I could not have asked for a better manager.

After staying in several venues on a 12 day trip I find these rooms to be the most relaxing and I now will go out of my way to locate and stay at a H. I. Express for the night when I travel.

We have stayed at this hotel many times as it is close to our sons home in Hermitage. Next time we will stay some where else as we can't afford the new prices at this one. The ones by the airport or in Lebanon are cheaper and just as nice. It seems to me that a long time Priority Club member should get a break and that does not happen. Sometimes we pay higher rates than other folks. We like staying at Holiday inns as they are convient and generally nice and clean. We have been staying with you for many years. Thanks for lending an ear.

This was a great hotel off of the highway. I went for business travel so I was close to my client. The hotel has access to a lot of restaurants in the area. It was quiet and peaceful. I will more than likely stay at this hotel when I return to Mt.Juliet over the next few months.

Staff was very friendly at this hotel. Housekeeping did a great job with the room. Good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and started our stay off very well. She was efficient, always smiling, and made us feel very welcome. She explained all the hotel amenities, advised us on parking closest to our room, and asked if there was anything else she could do for us. We cannot say enough to compliment her for the start of our stay.

Your hotel is clean and the customer service is great. Always met with a smile and helpful front desk service.I was surprised your hotel was 7 years old, I thought it was new, your housecleaning staff keeps your rooms incredibly clean.

I travel 4 to of 5 day per week, the Mt Juliet HI-Ex is one of my destinations that is home. I always know that the day is over when arriving. There is no hassle over rooms, checking in or out. Got to say it is a pleasure to know when I get here it is always o.k.
