Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Clean and Good Location Flew out of BNA early the morning following my stay. The hotel was located a short interstate drive from the airport and I had no issues making it to my flight. The hotel room itself was clean and updated nicely. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. The only negative was that the hotel parking lot can be kind of difficult to get in and out of. I pulled into the bank next door multiple times, thinking that I could cut through to get to the hotel. February 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay From check in to check out the staff was friendly. The room was up to date and very clean. The salt water pool was a great activity for my daughter. The value of this motel compared to another motel in the downtown Nashville area that some friends stayed was great, nearly a 100 dollars less for the same type of room and only 17 miles away. I will be back in a couple of months and will probably be staying again and will be using this place again. February 12, 2015

I was greeted as a platinum member (which doesn't happen very often) and was given a free upgrade. The staff looked and acted professional and were very friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to put a larger tv in the room. They also have the best cinnamon rolls!!! February 9, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wouldn't stay there again We never received housekeeping services even after I went down to the front desk and requested it. The towels were so hard and scratchy, they left red marks all over my face, I felt like I'd exfoliated with a face towel. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! There was no fresh fruit for the kids, the "juice" was orange and apple-flavored water. The pancake machine made the most rubbery pancakes ever. Why not stick to waffles like most other hotels. The biscuits were like little rocks and the gravy was a cold, gelatinous mess. And to top it all off, they charged my sister, who was staying in another room, for a pillow that they said was missing, but she also NEVER RECEIVED HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES. So who counted what when? Nobody needs to end a hotel stay with being accused stealing a stupid pillow. Additionally, my daughter who stayed with my sister brought her OWN pillow from home. It just was not a good stay. Although the stay wasn't good, I have to commend the front desk staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. I don't mind staying in "affordable" hotels, but this hotel felt very, very cheap.
