I would definitely recommend this to a busy person like myself or to a family that is looking for a quite and safe place to spend their night. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful friendly staff Clearly the best thing about the Holiday Inn Express in Mt. Juliet is the staff. Everyone there is so friendly. Renee who runs the breakfast bar greeted us each morning with a "Good Morning, How are you" and then "Have a Great Day" when we left. There are so many items on the breakfast bar, I don't know how anyone could say there were few choices. Again, thanks to Renee for brightening op our mornings. We did have an issue with the housekeeping staff but the front desk handled it to our satisfaction. We stay at this Holiday Inn every year when we visit friends. We will be back. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Real Customer Service Every hotel pays lip service to how great their customer service is. This hotel actually gives it. I stay about 20 nights a year in the Mt. Juliet / Nashville area. On my last trip my Fiance joined me out there for a week after I was done working. I wasn't sure about my plans for the week and hadn't booked rooms. When i went to book rooms, nearly every hotel was booked up. Heather at the front desk worked with me to make sure I was taken care of and that I could use my points for most of the nights. She did a fantastic Job! I spend alot of nights on the road, but this hotel is one of my absolute favorites to stay at. November 3, 2015
