Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Great service but hotel lacks quality in certain areas The area isn't that old so I would have thought the hotel would have been more updated. The rooms were decent but the pool water was terrible (said to be salt water but it was heavily chlorinated) it felt sticky. There wasn't a Jacuzzi although a lot of the neighboring hotels have them. The gym was tiny and only had one treadmill. They had free weights but not enough room to use them. The breakfast was decent if you didn't use the pancake machine or eat the eggs. The eggs were chewy and old. The pancake machine worked as advertised but the pancakes had a chemical flavor. December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mt. Juliet HIE is best that we have stayed at Surprises us everytime we stay that the excellence IMPROVES with each stay. Kudos to the management team and staff. The pillows and mattress allowed us to sleep better than any other "away from home" lodging experience. The breakfast keeps getting better and better. It is nice to know that a company still strives for excellence these days. From Corporate to local, this HIE is the finest experience we could have hoped for. Consider us HI- E-lated!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent meeting location We held our annual meeting for National Christian Adoption Fellowship at HIE Mt. Juliet. The meeting room was comfortable and functional (we split the room using the divider on two occasions). Throughout the meeting the staff was accommodating and I didn't hear one negative about the hotel through the three days we were there. Hurrah for a great HIE experience! December 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service While repairs were being made to our water damaged home, we stayed at your hotel for three weeks. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was great and all of the hotel staff were friendly and always smiling. There were several people that I would love to recognize personally but, as requested, will not do. You have a great, always smiling, front desk, maintenance, breakfast and Housekeeping staff. If you want a HIE in the Nashville area and like things the way you like them.... This is cookie cutter. Great location if you are interested in mall shopping. December 4, 2014
