Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping issues Stayed there with a group for a wedding. Excellent location. Tyler, at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Very nice and accommodating, etc. The breakfast area is a nice gathering spot that we also used to hang-out, etc. The hotel is nice - some issue with room temperature control. The big issue was the housekeeping. Did not have a blanket for two days. No service on one day - had to ask for towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, blanket, beds not made. Hair in the tub upon arrival. Needed a new lightbulb (on arrival). Nice place otherwise - but need some help in housekeeping. November 16, 2015

The only problem was the temperature in the room kept on going from hot to cold and vice versa. I think it was a thermostat issue. Other than that the hotel was great. November 15, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Habsolutely worst mattresses ever Although the staff was friendly and the place was clean, I would not go back. Of the eight rooms we had for our wedding group, five of the rooms had two beds. Each of these ten beds was unsleepable. If you choose to stay here, insist on a king size bed. After two nights on the queen mattress, our back pain was constant. I love the Holiday Inn Express brand and stay in them by choice, but I doubt I will ever stay at this one again. November 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor maint The room we were given was known to have an issue with the entry door. We had to go back to the desk and the clerk had to come up and let us in with the master key. On the way up she mentioned that they knew of the problem. She said she would call maintenance to come and fix it while we were out. My question is why it wasn't fixed before hand if it could be fixed and they were aware of the problem? Also had to request toilet paper as the room was nearly out. Go somewhere else if you have the chance. November 9, 2015

Bed wasn't the best; pillows were too soft for side sleeping, mattress was too soft, and blanket was too short for the bed. Pricing was probably typical for the area but I didn't feel the room was worth the money. November 3, 2015
