Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by great room but staff service lacking We booked a 3 night stay. My daughter stayed the first night and we stayed the last two nights. When my daughter left, she stripped the bed for clean linens and put towels on floors as specified when clean ones are needed. We arrived around 9pm to find our room was not serviced and someone had put the do not disturb on the door after my daughter left. I went to front desk to get sheets and towels. Waited for about 5-8 minutes before anyone noticed I was standing there. There was no offer for a staff member to attend to the room so we made our bed...not a problem..we do it all the time. The service afterward was fine. Room was cleaned next day as expected. When we checked out I asked that the hotel bill be charged to my credit card rather than the one provided at check in. I was told it was switched and 3 days later my daughters card was charged. Not sure I would stay at this location but would try another one. January 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good location. Housekeeping??? Room was very dirty at check in. We cleaned it ourselves at check in. Mid stay the housekeeper didn't want to clean our room and only wanted to exchange towels. We politely asked her to clean the room and she agreed. We went down to lobby while she cleaned the room. When we went back to the room, we found she hadn't cleaned it and actually left her dirty rags and trash in our room. I understand the housekeeper quit later that day. We reported this again and were surprised when all they did was empty the trash. They still didn't vacuum and clean the room. We reported the problem four times . We understand that sometimes a hotel might hire a bad housekeeper. On the other hand, we are surprised management didn't make more of an effort to immediately make things right. January 27, 2016
