Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, cost wasn't justified by room The room I had was clean, but could use updating. The bathroom fan was very loud. The pool is small, but probably typical of an older hotel. It was very close to a good selection of restaurants and shopping. If you plan on working out, bring your own lock and plan on driving 10-15 mins to the downtown YMCA. Staff were friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and handled easily. April 11, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The Staff Makes Or Breaks It.... Hotel facility was great - Breakfast and breakfast staff was best I have seen - Fell very short in customer service at the front desk level. Three incidents of poor customer service added up (one I would have brushed off)...Was in town for a major bball tourney - (1) Had one staff member handling check-in for a packed hotel - waited 1/2 hour in line to check in... (2) Ice machines on upper floors were inoperable and front desk staff brushed off as we are busy (3) shower knob in my room was rigged and it took about five minutes of messing with it to get even warm water... Told front desk staff so next person would not have problem, and again, no apology, no writing it down, just a blank stare... Have always been happy with IHG, and the facilities were great, but as I say, poor customer service trumps everything! April 4, 2016
