Our volleyball team stayed here for a tournament and we had a wonderful experience. Nice rooms, great lobby for socializing, wonderful breakfast, and great staff.
The only negative was the Saturday afternoon/evening desk clerk, who made it her mission to make our daughters miserable. They were talking & laughing as a group in the lobby at 5:00 in the evening, and you would have thoguht they were running amok through the halls of the hotel at midnight. she was young , and new to her job, so I guess I understand. But she was not very understanding.
The breakfast attendant, ont he other hand, was WONDERFFUL!! A very nice older gentleman who was great with the kids. He made our stay that much better.

As a regular traveller for business I have stayed at four holiday Inn properties in the past 2.5 weeks. During my stay in Munice, a large winter storm was heading towards Indiana, thus I decided to shorten my stay by one day to drive to columbus safely (staying in the columbus Holiday Inn for the night) prior to my departure the next day. It was during the progress of my work day, and updated travel advisories that I made the decision to cut my stay short. Upon my checking out, I was told by the hotel manager that they would have to charge me for the night. Given my room was clean, and the number of stays I made with Holiday Inn, I was to say the least very disappointed. The manner in which he talked to me was very abrupt, and "I refuse to help you". So given that I will be back in the Indiana area for business, I will not be staying at this Holiday Inn property.

My family loves the Holiday Inn Express and stay at them where ever we travel. It is always a great value for the money, especially since they serve a complete breakfast. The rooms are always clean and neat; and we love the mini refrigerator and microwave. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is the first time we stayed in Muncie. The staff was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed in. They were very friendly and personable. They went out of their way to help us with a few unusual requests. We will definitely be staying there again.

I found this property very comfortable as it is located in a central place. Everything was on reach.
The staff were helpful and friendly. They made it easy for me to get around.

We stayed 4 days over Christmas and the staff made us feel right at home during the holiday. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were well designed and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Muncie Holiday Inn Express

I always enjoy staying at this HIE. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful, and I love to tell the story about my washing the breakfat trays a few years ago.
Sorry to have missed Pat at breakfast last week and the two "Rushville belles."

We stayed here for an overnight visit to Ball State University. The room was a good size and clean. It had a flat screen TV, micro and coffee maker. I had no complaints other than the breakfast was just your ordinary continental. They do have not items but don't have all available at the same time. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights for business locally. Arriving in the afternoon, I was met by four staff members, one of which held the door open for me as I entered with my three pieces of luggage. Fresh-brewed coffee & baked cookies were available. I was recognized for my status and given a room on the top floor away from the elevator and near the stairs. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Meijer & Walmart are nearby for groceries. I didn't experience the breakfast or use the pool, but the fitness center was well-equipped and I would expect the facilities not used were more than adequate. 2nd and 3rd days, there was pumpkin pie in addition to the cookies, of which I availed myself to partake. It was apparent the staff were genuinely interested in assuring I had a comfortable stay and I would highly recommend the HIE - Muncie.
