Rented a room to allow grandchildren the opportunity to swim during their spring break. Checked into hotel mid-afternoon to find pool closed due to cleaning the pool with chemicals. Returned in the evening for a nice swim. Did not sleep in the two queen beds room. The room and bathroom are small but adequate for changing clothes. Returned in the morning for a swim and breakfast which offered a wide variety of choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes and delicious warm cinnamon rolls. Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. . Our IHG membership allowed us an extra hour of swimming.

Just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the Holiday Inn Express in Muncie, Indiana. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I travel half of the year and its always my first choice. Rooms recently updated puts the cherry on top! Thanks again guys for always making me feel welcome!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by aceof8s Remodel?
Where to begin...Internet is NOT high speed, they say this will be fixed AFTER the completion of the remodel, but they are on their second contractor and I didn't see any work being done the whole time I stayed there. Parking is limited due to the remodel container taking up half a dozen spots. The room itself was nice with the new furnishings, except for the bathroom. Bathroom tiles are cracked, there is one light above the mirror and does very little to help you see, the tub surround is way too small for any normal person. I believe the cost for the room is overpriced, rooms at other Holiday Inn Express properties in Indy aren't as expensive as they are in Muncie. Suggestion: wait until the remodel is complete, maybe things will be better.
