We are Club Members and have stayed at the Muncie Holiday Inn Express probably 6 times in the last 10 years for two weeks in the summer. In January 2015 we made a reservation for one of the larger rooms at the end of floors 2 or 3 for August 2015 and were told we would have one. When we arrived they said some of the days were booked so they put us in a king room. Some days the ice machine on the first floor would not work and had to go to the 2nd floor. After a week stay we wanted to do laundry and the washing machine was broke and had to go to a laundry mat. I slipped getting out of the tub even though holding on to the bar and ask two different people at two different times if I could have a rubber mat both said they would check and let me know. No one ever brought one or let me know they did not have one. The frig was small and the freezer was frozen shut so we had to use a cooler to keep our stuff cold. Two days in a row when we returned in the evening we had to go to the front desk and get towels, wash rags and bath mat. They said we had our do not disturb sign on, yes we did at 9:00 in the morning when we went to breakfast.

Great hotel for a quick trip, breakfast was great, quality of room and service was all great.

Comfortable bed and good working equipment in the fitness center. Breakfast food was good. They ran out of yoghourt because every room was booked. I think a good manager would notice that every room is booked and order more food especially yoghourt. Many people are trying to eat healthy these days. Who runs out of yoghourt??
