Friendly and available staff. Comfortable modern room. Breakfast layout had variety, but small movable space. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Conference room was small but offered beverages. Lunch offered for conference was average (no variety). Location was easily accessible to multiple shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Nice modern hotel evening lighting on building is spectacular. Staff was very nice.

Loved this stay, close to University of Pittsburgh. Bed was a bit hard yet still comfortable.

We were in town for Garth Brooks. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We did not spend too much time at the hotel, so other than the ratings given - good and excellent - we had a good experience. Oh, parking was very accessible.

Loved every thing about this hotel. Everyone was very nice. Room was clean, and the breakfast was great!

Staff was friendly, room was spotless. My only complaint is that the heater (fan) made noise every time it came on, which kind of disturbed my sleep. It was not incredibly loud, but I am not used to that noise. I also heard other guests' alarms going off in the morning, but otherwise did not hear noise from other rooms. As I have found in other Holiday Inns, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Always a wonderful staff, just the customers are not always considerate. Kids let run wild while adults stay up all night and party at the expense of other guest. The general public needs to get some etiquette skills amd consider teaching this to their children.
